    Yours in Christ,

dillan: i have read the entire bible (KJV 1611)! i'm pretty sure it is the will of the Lord for me to become a ***slave for him~
    see the following passages:
    Leviticus 25:44-46
    Exodus 21:2-11
    Exodus 21:20-21

    ***slave
    –noun
    1. a person who is the property of and wholly subject to another; a bond servant.
    2. a person entirely under the domination of some influence or person

and thank you! i hope to meet your expectations!

    forever serving the Lord,
    slavegirl
I think these verses might be more illustrative.
Romans 1:1 -- Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,
I Corinthians 7:22 -- For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant.
I Corinthians 9:19 -- For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.
Galatians 1:10 -- For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
Colossians 4:12 -- Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God
II Timothy 2:24 -- And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
Titus 1:1 -- Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness
Servant in most of these case is the Greek word δουλος (doulos) and literally, as confirmed in Classic Greek literature, means one born into slavery or simply slave. So we can safely think of servant of Christ as slave of Christ.

The word slave only appears once in the Bible (Greek is in οἰκιακός meaning household servants) juxtaposition with servant (doulos). We see this a lot in the Old Testament, the same meaning is repeated with a different phrase. It is a poetic style. We have to remember that the esteemed translators of the 1611 King James Bible used words as they meant to them. To them, them what we might call slaves, were servants and those born of servants. Some were indentured for life as were their children.

As far as I can tell slavegirl4God would be correct usage today.

I am glad you recognize that being a Christian is just like being a slave. Perhaps you have heard this old negro spiritual tune?

I hope you enjoy your time with us and look forward to getting to know you better. How well do you bake pies?

Re: i am a slave girl for god

Hey there, welcome to GOD's favourite forum.

Did your mother drop you on your head when you were younger, or do you just go to a public school?

A woman came up to me the other day, 12/6/2016 and said:
"But Mr. Winner, if GOD loves everyone then why is there so much suffering in the world?"

Because GOD doesn't love everyone. Too many people have this absurd idea in their heads that GOD is all loving.
If he was all loving, then murderers, thieves and homosexuals would be waiting for you in Heaven.

GOD doesn't open his gate to just anyone. Being a True Christian™ is like a Queue Jump ticket at Disney, we are guaranteed a ride with JESUS.

You were home schooled!!? I spent six years in the private eye investigations field and never would have guessed it. Praise Jesus that you found this site! So tell us where you live, I'm guessing either Wasilla, Alaska or possibly Crawford, Texas. Do you have any pictures of yourself that were taken while you were enjoying some type of dessert? I'm a real Old Testament fan and my favorite part is the "Feast days of Leviticus", where I'm told people loved eating desserts for days on end! Glory! Do you bake any desserts in your hot oven that you want to tell us about? Recipes for delicious pie? Please share them with us.

I'm not sure what those three stars (like this ==> ***) mean, is it G-O-D??? Because I guess a Godslave would be good, it would mean God was like your owner, and he kinda is already I guess!

Those *** were a bit confusing. But I think it was her way of calling attention to the definition of slave for Dillion when the definition was at the bottom of the post.

I think she is at least trying. Now if only she would get the Cap Shift keys on her computer fixed.

i love baking! i'd love to share some recipes with you guys sometime!

to bible student: i don't think i'm important enough to capitalize "i" or anything .///// .
i was thinking about it really hard! i think capitalization should be reserved for the only the Lord and for things pertaining to the Lord!

If you don't think grammar is important enough for your writing then perhaps none of it is worth our time to read. And you might refer to your 1611 King James Bible and notice how words are capitalized therein and not just the things pertaining to God and Jesus. All proper names and places are capitalized as well as the first letter of each new sentence, and the word "I".

What other girl said exactly the same thing almost word for word about three weeks ago? Were you perhaps banned under another name?

Thank you. That is so much of an improvement to your writing.

As for the feet, that would not be appropriate as I am merely a Bible Student. Pastor Ezekiel, on the other hand might enjoy it, and he rates such treatment as an esteemed member of Landover Baptist Church. You might want to send him pictures of yourself as he is very particular as to whom he wishes to touch his person. And he has to have the appearance that everything is above board as his fiance, Sister Daisy Mae is ever watchful on these forums.
