    Hi.

    I'm Macgyver, I have been a Christian forever. My definition of Christian is one who has been saved by Christ and will (when they die) be at home with the Lord. I just started going to a small church called Faith Church. It has been the best church, doctrinally speaking, that I have ever gone to. My family has been Christians forever also and it is in their loving care that I became a follower of Christ. My favorite verse from the Bible comes from 1st John 4:19 "We love Him because He first loved us." I am currently studying one sermon by Charles Spurgeon each week and have read many other great Christian books dealing with philosophy and spiritual truth. My favorite Quote is by Jim Elliot, "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot lose."

      You seem like a nice fellow but I prefer to follow God's definition of a Christian and what's wrong with the Bible and only the Bible for spiritual truth?
