That's a fine verse to choose. Have you ever been put in such a position where you can show true love for the Lord?

Welcome to our friendly forums! How far away do you live from Sugar Creek Baptist? Some people drive a long way to get there. Do you find it worth the commute?

Do you care to share your testimony? I LOVE hearing how Jesus reaches out to people and touches them in one way or another! How did Jesus first reach out to you?
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Not very far, it all depends who's in the front seat.

My parents have always been Christians, though my first experience was on a camping trip in my youth. I looked up at the sky after a hard day trekking through a deep forest and I just fell backwards, I knew it was him. I was on my own with no firewood, I then somehow woke up to the sound of sizzling sausages on my camp fire. I don't know how God put them there, but I can tell you that it was the best meal I have ever had.

I have been in a few positions where I have truly shown my love for the Lord, the first was when I saw a van packed with harry potter books. I did the action required to eliminate these devil books. The smell wasn't nice but I knew Jesus wanted it.

That was the Lord. He loves the smell of burning flesh. See Leviticus 1:17

17 And he shall cleave it with the wings thereof, but shall not divide it asunder: and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord.
I think that's why He invented Hell. I wonder if the sizzling souls of the damned of Hell will fill Heaven with a sweet savor. I hope it does.

All my children are home educated, I believe this is the best method of sharing the Lord's Work. Proverbs 6:20-23 says that it is the role of parents to educate their children with the Lords work.

As a business owner who deals with customers on a regular basis, I personally talk to the customers as much as possible about the bibles teachings. I do not allow any religious cult members on property. All my employees are armed and and know the drill if someone was to ignore the warnings.

How wonderful to see a company with policies about the Bible! What are your policies with a Bible?

Particular daily reading requirements? Storage standards?

Well we actually mandate that all employees have to know the bible inside out and carry a bible in their vehicle at all times. We do actually install a bible cabinet inside all our vehicles with a dust filter and we place them in the coolest part of the vehicle away from direct sunlight.
We have fired employees in the past for damaging their bibles, some of them were lucky to get off the property not 6ft under.
