Please explain why on earth I could possibly want to know more about you.

I am here to worship Jesus. That's what you should be here for, too. It is fairly egotistical for you to show up here unannounced and believe that you are so interesting as an agnostic -- or even more strangely, that we have never seen an agnostic before and therefore would react as we would a curious new species -- that we would just be itching to know more about you and place you as the center of attention.

1 John 4:5 tells US about YOU: They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

The next three verses (1 John 4:6-8) tells YOU about US: We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

        Hello Dylan!

I fail to see where you tried to be nice. I just see obscenities. I suppose if you live in a home with a whore for a mother and a blasphemer for a father, your choice of words may sound normal.

Son, I hope you do not mean a catlick school because everyone knows, catlicks are not Christians. You cannot worship a statue of mary and also worship God. He is very specific about worshiping only Him.

Please show me where in the Holy Bible, any disciple said those words, even in anger or disgust. So child, I suggest you get cracking and put your back into it. Jesus is waiting, son.

OK. Why do you believe that God is "great, righteous, and loving"? Upon what do you base these conclusions?

How does this diagram of the life cycle of the parasitic wasp (which lays eggs in a caterpillar, which then hatch and slowly eat the caterpillar alive) tie into your belief that God is "great, righteous, and loving"?

            Re: Hello. I'm Dylan

Dylan, Dylan, Dylan, I was once in your position myself, I talked and thought exactly like you have here. But a supernatural event changed me forever. You may call my testimony a 'coincidence', but it surely isn't. I was leaving a local gay bar one Sunday morning headed for the bath houses, when I walked past a church that was just opening their doors at the moment I was passing in front of them. I'll never forget the beautiful music that was playing while the choir sang "Dem Bones". I instantly fell to my calloused knees and began to weep. The minister and many others took turns laying hands on me as the women filled my pockets with Chick Tracts. Dylan, is having anal sex really as important as your eternal salvation? That is the question you are faced with at this moment. Come join us and let's all follow Jesus together!!!

I don't have anal sex. Who ever said that? I'm as straight as a normal person can be.

I'm not even sure what that means.

Are you suggesting that normal people aren't straight? that there's something to that "Kinsey scale" that suggests most people are "bisexual"?

The first is the best, friend.

You can read The King James Bible for free here; this should do until you get your very own copy.

You have made a wise decision, Mr. McMullen; so your past vulgarity shall be forgiven.

Your comment reminds me of the time at a rest area party where I said the same thing, "I don't have anal sex". All of us in the big circle had a belly laugh over that one due to the fact that I was getting jackhammered by a mandingo as I made the comment! Ahh, the good old days! But now nobody except Jesus gets in my back door since I found my precious Savior. I will have to admit occasionally a demon tries to slither in the old back door, but I have the full armor of Jesus girding my loins, so no problem there. Praise and Glory!!!

Every time somebody starts off their first post like that, I get nervous. It would never occur to me to think you were going to flame, mock, or belittle us, friend. So why plant the idea in my head? Unless you wanted me to be afraid.

I'm going to just sit here and try to keep an open mind about you, but you'd better not do anything to hurt Jesus.

As some of you know, I left the forum to read the KJV bible in an attempt to save my soul. Unfortunately, the devil had turned me away from my studying. However, I am getting back to my reading. Hopefully, one day, I will see God and Jesus in Their full glory in heaven. I ask of you all to pray for me so that I may one day live with God in an everlasting life with you.
