  • Hello fellow Christians!

My name is Aleksandar, as you can guess from my username. I live in Bosnia, and its hard to find dedicated Christians such as people here are. I'm 16 year old, and I decided to join this forum, to learn, and talk with like-minded people.

I don't attend church, because I have no time (life here is pretty fast and stressful), but I make sure I never miss my prayers.
As far as favorite bible verse goes, I don't have any, probably because I don't know much about bible.

That should be enough for now I hope.

No time for God? Oh dear.
Luke 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

How do you even know about God if you ignore the Bible?

John 5:46,47 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

Like I said, I never miss my prayers, so why does it matter if I don't attend church? I prefer to worship the Lord at my own pace.

It's like explaining colour to a blind man. Also, how do you know about God?

We had religious classes in schools, so I decided to find out more. That was in middle school though.

You believed what a false prophet told you? No wonder you think that what you want is important compared to what God wants.
              Matthew 6:25-33
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

You are putting youself before Jesus and you never knew it would send you to Hell. So how much use was your religious studies class to you now?

You need to read the Bible right now and discover just how true God really is. Imagine not worrying any more about if you go to Hell. Imagine being free from sin. Every True Christian™ feels this way. We know how real God is and just how important it actually is to worship Him and follow His commands. The Truth® is in those pages. Don't take our word for it, find out for yourself. It's like a weight being lifted from your soul.

I hope you're not some kind of worthless atheist who thought it would be a good idea to 'punk' Jesus by joining a website to make fun of Him. That would be blasphemy.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Being a hellbound atheist, Didymus doesn't care who joins him in Hell. However, he seems to have a distinct dislike for hypocrisy and sloppy reasoning. Nothing will come from it, of course, but perhaps his own amusement at watching people who claim to be Christian reveal that they don't know the first thing about what they profess to believe. We True Christians™ on the other hand, care enough to share with you the Truth©. The Truth© is that the LORD cares very deeply what you believe and how you worship. Please read this informative post for more information.

Does it matter how we praise the Lord?
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

I would even bother to be friends with an atheist, but I would try to show him the light of the Lord.

And yet a few moments ago you asked why we care.

The fires of Hell are forever, friend, and you know little about God from your performance so far.

I suggest you have a little look around our forums and find out just what the Bible has in store for you.

According to Bible, and the word of God they should - its not a God's commandment, but a proven way to get the children on the right path.

I didn't ask why everyone cares, I just addressed that atheist. I don't know the exact verses, but I know most things that matter, the ones that tell the nature of the Lord.

I don't know as much as you, but at least I am trying.
