Hello again- I made an introduction post earlier today that didn't get the response I was hoping for. My emotions got the best of me and I got a little worked up
I am sorry... But not to worry. I have a new intro, as well as a new question for all of you True Christians.
I am a Canadian girl (does this make me an eskimo? I'll assume you're referring to Canadians when you call people eskimos, am I wrong?)
I have an extensive fascination with religion lately. Aka I like to learn and discuss different views.
I was once a part of the Catholic system, but now I have renounced that faith and I am currently searching life for answers. (Ouu profound, right?
)
This is the most direct, most brutally honest Baptist website I have been able to find aside from the Westboro Church (godhatesfags.com)... That being the reason I am here. I honestly had no idea that these views still existed in the modern world, and it is refreshing to see a group of Christians who actually know the Bible they preach. I will give you all the credit in the world for that.
...Now with that said, I have a legitimate question. Tonight I was doing some more reading online and I stumbled across a website that interested me.
The Lost Books.com
I have heard of this theory before, but I didn't really think about it until now. If you don't have the time or energy to read the webpage, it basically describes how books(the Apocrypha) from the King James Bible were removed in the 19th century.
What are the views of True Christians on the theory that the "Apocrypha" was once a part of, and since has been removed, from the Bible? What are your views on the "Apocrypha" alltogether?
Note, I have no opinion on the matter. I just want YOUR opinions. GO!
