The trolltard who can't keep her story straight is here!

Before you get all up in arms about my name, it is about the Greek Empress Helena, a woman who was exiled to the island of Lesbos for her unyielding faith.

I am from the "Burnt Over District" of New York, an area responsible for all sorts of satanic cults like Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses and worst of all... Pentecostals.

I vote Republican in every single election, because that is how Jesus would have voted, but I am upset of how far Bush leaned to the left, he was a Democratic scumbag in disguise.

As CS Lewis said, "No one can do wrong in the name of God, and no one can do right by any other name" so I follow a long tradition of strong Christians like Homer, Socrates, Alexander the Great, and my namesake.

Near the end of the book "The Last Battle", where ASLAN was speaking with the young Calmorinian.

Socretes said: "I believe there is a god who can forgive sins, but I don't know how." He was a man of great Christian faith, before the Christ was revealed.

Welcome! I don't mean to be rude, but of all of the passages in the Bible, why did you pick that one as your favorite passage?
And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Thanks for welcoming me, I see it as a parallel of the relationship between God and man, how God wants to woo and penetrate our souls.

Ted Dekker explains it as "the great romance".

It is because the relationship between Man/Woman (or Man/Man or Woman/Woman) is paralleled between that of God and man.

That's what you get for believing a heretic like C. S. Lewis instead of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Who clearly said that you can do things in His name and stil be a hellbound worker of iniquity:

Matt. 7:21-23: Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

                          2. Please explain, using Scripture, how it would have been possible to be "a man of great Christian faith, before the Christ was revealed." Even if Socrates said what you say he said, lots of religions teach that a god can forgive sins.

Not having a copy of the book in question at hand to verify, I'll take your word that that sentence appears in it, though I do find it curious that there are NO Google references at all, not even in Google Books.

Nonetheless, you do realize that it is one of Lewis' characters uttering that statement, and it is not accurate to attribute a character's words to the author. Doing so implies that the author agrees with everything every one of their characters utters.

...Socretes said: "I believe there is a god who can forgive sins, but I don't know how."
Gee, another quote that doesn't seem to have ANY GOOGLE REFERENCES AT ALL, from someone whose works and writings (or even the fact that he existed at all in the first place) we only know from references in works by later authors, many of whom freely admit that their works are NOT HISTORICALLY ACCURATE.

"Curiouser and curiouser." Alice in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll <---- that's how it's done

...He was a man of great Christian faith, before the Christ was revealed.
As you seem to base your beliefs on flimsy, unsupported evidence, you may fit in perfectly here.
