Please, allow me to introduce myself.

I go by the name of Ben. I was baptized as a Roman Catholic by birth, however (please hear me out here) I disagree with many of the Roman Catholic Church's misdemeanors, such as worshipping Mary, raping young altar boys and baptizing me from birth, the one time in my life I could not say no.

I was born in America (Kentucky, to be exact) but have moved many times. Now, at the age of 16, I live in the capitol of the Czech Republic, Prague.

Still forced to attend the Catholic Church, I plan to switch to Baptist as soon as I make it out of the house.

I truly admire you people here on this forum for saying what you believe without censorship, and I detest the amount of heathens who I see by browsing through this sub-forum attempt to "troll" or "flame" you Godly men and women.

One other thing that I detest is the amount of whores and heathens that I find myself surrounded by on a day to day basis- I am finding it hard to remain safe from the influence of the devil when surrounded by teenage attention whores and ungodly atheists, satan's food soldiers.

I currently attend St. Thomas Catholic Church (Soon to change!)

My favorite bible verse is Matthew 5:14- You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.

I "found" Jesus when baptized as an infant. I choose to believe in him of my own free will to this day.

I am sorry that you have to go to a Catholic church at least they have nice pipe organs. I hope that you were not molested by any of the priests they seem to have a problem with that it is not your fault if they did they are not even Christians there is a thread here explaining it.

I am sorry that I was not more clear I did not mean to imply that you had a problem molesting children but rather that you have a legal and public relations problem because you molest children.

Maybe not where you live, but here in the US there is a persistent problem with keeping your victims quiet. It may take them 20 years to say something, but eventually some of them do.

Oh my- I was sure that I was using the King James Bible, perhaps I was using a different version/issue? The one physical Bible copy is a King James Bible, though ^^

They do have a really nice pipe organ. A couple of dead bodies that are evidently saints as well, in pretty glass caskets.

The priest at our church is trying to move away from the "young altar boy" tradition, and has made an announcement that anybody of any age or gender can feel free to be an altar boy/girl/man/woman ^^

I haven't heard of him, I only attend the English mass (I don't speak Czech, sadly, as an American living overseas) and I don't visit Austria much (shame, it's a beautiful country, but I often find myself wandering over into Germany- many of my ancestors were German.)

Don't worry- I have enough experience on the Internet to properly identify and ignore trolls ^^

I am shocked at the amount of trolls I have seen here so far (Especially on the Introduction forum) and am impressed at your remarkable tolerance of them. I, too, aim to be as tolerant, in hopes of leading them toward the RIGHT path to Jesus

I am surprised that you are from a Roman family. Most of the Bens I have met have been Jews. Why do you live among godless heathens in Europe. That is no fit place for any American or any Christian. I imagine you have noticed few of either in your vicinity. That whole country is full of unsaved foreigners.

You could likely find an honest King James Bible somewhere in that country. Getting one and reading it would be my first advice.

I'm not quite sure why I have a Jewish name, although the name "Benjamin" is in the Bible (In the story of Joseph, I believe, I'm presently occupied with schoolwork and cannot look up the exact story/verse)

I already own an honest King James Bible which I bought while living in America.

We live in America because my father works for the Embassy there (The American Embassy). It was a hard choice whether to move or not, but the drastic increase in his salary that we were promised was enough to convince my parents that it was worth it.

Our stay is temporary, at the end of next year we will be moving back to the United States, most likely to South Carolina.

It is a slight overstatement to say that ALL the pretty young girls are either porn-stars or work in brothels, however, it is only a slight overstatement. The rest of the girls/women are, I hear, strange beings which prowl bars and pounce upon anybody with money.

Prague does have its good points though- they have excellent beer (and the legal drinking age in bars is 16, although I tend to avoid bars due to the sort of women I mentioned above).

The Czechs are docile and do not enjoy conversation with strangers so I am never bothered by the heathens, they are present but do not attempt to make themselves known. Unless they are behind the wheel of a car- Czech driving is bordering on suicidal!

I am usually more cautious in dealing with newcomers, but your sincerity is there for all to see. Good luck with your plan to turn your back on the priests of the Roman church and join us True Christians(TM) at Landover Baptist.

Tell me, as your father is at the US Embassy in Prague, do you live and go to school in some sort of embassy compound that is technically American soil, so that although you are forced to go "abroad" from time to time, most of your life is spent in America?
