I was raised Baptist in Tuscon, Arizona. I apologize I don't remember what church I attended when I was younger, but my childhood was a terrible time for me. My father abused both me and my mother, until he kicked me out when I was 16.
I am born female, and identify as biromantic and asexual.

I love to draw, swim, watch TV, see movies with my girlfriend, and volunteer at the Animal Shelter by where I live.
I consider myself to be a loose Christian. I love God and everything He stands for, and believe He loves everyone on this planet - gay people, lesbians, transgender people, asexual people, POC, everyone.
I am very much against any kind of corporal punishment or corrective rape. Children are meant to be loved, not hit.
I currently live in Sahuarita, Arizona, with my girlfriend Kayla.
I attend Sahuarita Baptist Church.
I support anyone and everyone different from me, and consider myself a feminist. In my eyes, God could be a He, but He could also be a She. We can never know until we die, right?

Why the heck would you capitalize the words "Animal Shelter"?

Let me paste the sentence you wrote: I love to draw, swim, watch TV, see movies with my girlfriend, and volunteer at the Animal Shelter by where I live.

If the name of the place you volunteer is literally called "the Animal Shelter" the word "the" should have been capitalized as it's part of the name.

If it's not, if it's just an animal shelter by any other name, then why would you do like I just did and not capitalize those two words?

Tell them you think animals have souls, might even be above those groups of people who you didn't capitalize and I'll bet your church would ex-communicate you and slap on a restraining order.

God loves everyone equally - whether you are gay, straight, bisexual, transgender, asexual, or anything else, He loves you. I am a feminist. Please respect my beliefs. I do not agree with corporal punishment, domestic abuse, or sexism in the home. Children are to be loved, not hurt. Hate only breeds hate. No one religion is right or wrong. We're all God's children, so how can we be wrong?

I'm willing to wager that your father had good reason to beat you and that your mother was the same sort of ungrateful harridan you seem to want to be.
