Hello from Indiana

Hello, my name is Sam Carter. I was born in a small farmtown in Indiana. I grew up a Methodist. After years of following a falsedoctrine, I became a Baptist around 8 years ago.



I attend Jesus Christ Baptist Church in the town ofMillwood, Indiana. Pretty small church but they read of course, the only trueBible, the King James 1611.



I work as a farmer, married and father of count it, yescount it, 9 children (5 boys, 4 girls)! I am so dedicated to the Lord; I haveall my children baptize while still in the womb. I don’t want my wife rapturedaway while our unborn child wouldn’t be!



Yearly I attend numerous events to protest gays,abortions and of course, anything pro-evolution. My children are not allowed toread anything besides the Bible and Baptist reading material. I recently had toground my oldest daughter for having a copy of the New Standard Bible (a toolof Satan).

Well, that's a nice introduction. Welcome to this Friendly Forum. If you stay and learn, you might join us when Rapture comes. Impressive items in your resume. We'd still like to know your favorite Bible verses. I think I'll also have to pray and contemplate on the fetal baptism unless you can back it up with scripture or maybe one of our Pastors makes a statement on it.

What kinds of firearms do you have in your household? Are your sons old enough to follow you to hunting trips? Does your wife teach your children Bible study at home while making you venison pies? Please, let us know more about you!

Sam, as Sister Basilissa explained, there are some things to learn about the way True Christians live to please the LORD. I hope you did not take my question as a trap but as a mirror to reflect on your possible shortcomings.

You seem to be an intelligent man and a potential man of God. You are not supposed to humor us but to follow the advice of our LORD and the KJV.

Please, if you wish, check out Acts 2:38 and our threads on baptism. I wish to know how you reflect on your decisions regarding unborn children after that. Looking forward to your reply.

While I am unfamiliar with Millwood, I welcome you to the forum along with my brothers and sisters in JESUS. You've found a forum that will bless and uplift you as you seek the truth about the Bible and about the things of God.

I only recently came to Jesus. Judaism no longer has any appeal for me, because I gave my life to Jesus and now I strive to live for Him each day. I gave up a chance of being a thriving clothing store proprietor to follow Christ. The rewards of heaven are far greater than the rewards of selling suits.

If you are ever in Bloomington, let me know! (However, I may be moving to Lynchburg, Virginia).

Brother Morty, I am afraid that this heathen is trying to cheat us (and in the process, cheat Jesus). Living just one state up north, I am fairly familiar with Indiana, and therefore I know that although a hundred years ago there was a town named Millwood, long time ago it has changed the name to Sheridan (source).

I don't understand why people lie on this Godly forum - why would anyone want to cheat Jesus?
