We are really not the ones who hates different countries. But as True Christians we follow God's word, and when he clearly hates evil countries like Denmark and Sweden, then we see it as our duty to protect his views.

My point of wiew is that it's impossible to know anything about the history of earth since there is no "logical" explination, and all the questions that comes up everywhere is "How?? How how how how?" and it's never a complete explination so it's impossible to predict how the history of earth really was, since we wer'nt there.. I don't say that you are wrong really..
