In landover's sick world... yes. Their God hates everything and everyone, so unless you're american, very white skinned, blond an blue-eyed, you're a "lesser race" for them. Also, you must hate every "lesser race", and send to hell to every child conceived by biracial couples. You must support men who beat their wives or girlfriends an fathers who beat their children. Latin america is not latin america, every country in that subcontinent is Mexico, and its people are not "mexicans", they're "messicants", they're gardeners and maids, in other words, america's servants, why? Because america is too lazy to do its own chores, they need people from another countries or their houses and pools will be dirty forever. Latinamericans are not allowed to have good jobs like doctors, lawyers, engineers or professors, they must have miserable jobs and serve lazy americans forever, they can't also celebrate their holidays or special days, they must work the 365 days of the year or their bosses will be mad. Also, women for them are worthless, a daughter is like a punishment for a "Christian" man, they must have wives who give them two dozen male children or more, and if they die during birth, even better, a dead wife is something to celebrate for landover men, that means they're free to look for another woman to do the same again
So, making long story short, landover is the place where the ignorant, the primitive, the violent, the lazy and the stupid, are kings, where you're told that only the gringos are allowed to go to heaven
So, since latinamericans are beaners, gringos are cowboys, ALL of the, no exception
