Yes. Some time ago I visited Tallin. It was horrible. Really gray and ugly city with sulking people. Food was really bad, but luckily I was able to find McDonald's so I got at least something to eat. Of course, my selection of hotel might have been bit wrong. I stayed in some old and crummy hotel named Meriton Grand conference & spa hotel somewhere outskirts of the city, next to place called Old Tallin. Only good thing was that hotel was really, really cheap. Only about 200 dollars per night, but even with that low prices you would expect at least some quality

Well, it used to be known internationally as Tallin

A form Tallin deriving from the Romanization of Russian spelling of the name Таллин[23] was also used internationally during the era Estonia was annexed to the Soviet Union.

Sorry to tell you, but there really is this city called Tallinn. There really also is this old, yet cheap hotel named Meriton Grand conference & spa hotel next to Old Tallinn. Few McDonald's can be found there as well. It appears that you have never been in Tallinn yourself.
