I'm not sure if this is something I should ask my daddy since I don't want to tell on my big brother... but I know I can ask here because Miss. Felicity always asks questions here and everyone knows the answers.

Anyway... my big brothers and I were out in the back yard picking apples for ma and my second oldest brother Josiah was talking about his new girlfriend Mary and how she wants him to "go down on" her. I didn't want to interrupt the boys talking but now I'm curious of what it means.

"Go down" means "go down yonder" It is usually about a block or so. If someone points and says "go down" you can usually see the place or object in question.

People often refer to going to the coast, to swim or surf etc., as "going down" probably because the sea is usually lower than the land (except in central Australia or Death Valley or somewhere like that).

I thought that but then I changed my mind. I know she doesn't want to be drowned. So maybe it is a religious statement. I think more like in drown meaning baptism.

That's understandable sister. In your condition you're thinking unconsciously of little Jethro. Just make sure his baptism is at the appropriate time and not while he's still icky from afterbirth like the cathlicks do.
