Hotels Now to Rent Rooms by the Hour - Atheists Remove Bibles

Adultery, fornication, prostitution, and straight men tempted by homer anal rectal sex - everyone would agree that if you want to hide these sins the best place to do it is in a hotel room. Studies with those "black lights" have revealed sexual bodily fluids on just about everything in a hotel room - from sheets, pillow cases, headboards, walls, ceilings, to carpets and towels.

It's hard to say just how many have been Saved® when they reached over to the nightstand to grab a condom or a wallet to pay a prostitute and fell to their knees by the power of the Holy Spirit when their hand touched a Holy Bible (KJV1611). Nonetheless, Jesus was there watching and His word was there to stop the sin, and help the rest of us seeking a clean and sanitary hotel room to take our families to on vacation.

The atheists have been unrelenting in their pursuit to remove Jesus from America, and now are focusing on the one place where those seeking a few minutes of sinful carnal pleasure and debauchery could be Saved® from an eternity in the Lake of Fire.

Hotel reportedly removes Bibles from rooms after atheist complaint

An atheist organization that has asked private hotels and publicly funded university-owned hotels to remove Bibles from their guest rooms has reportedly convinced the Thunderbird Executive Inn in Glendale, Arizona, to do just that.

    Billy Hallowell, Deseret News

An atheist organization that has asked private hotels and publicly funded university-owned hotels to remove Bibles from their guest rooms has reportedly convinced the Thunderbird Executive Inn in Glendale, Arizona, to do just that.

According to a press release from The Freedom From Religion Foundation, an atheist activist group, rooms at the hotel "are now Bible free" after the organization requested their removal.

The sticking point for atheists is that the Thunderbird Executive Inn is located on the premises of the Thunderbird School of Global Management, which recently became a "unit" of Arizona State University, a public college.

With the hotel standing on public land and having an affiliation with the college, the Freedom From Religion Foundation sent a letter dated March 4, 2016, to Allen J. Morrison, CEO and director general of Thunderbird school, urging the removal of the Bibles.

    . . .

"Anyone zealous enough to need the Bible as bedtime reading will travel with one," Freedom From Religion Foundation co-president Annie Laurie Gaylor said in a statement. "The rest of us paying guests seek a vacation from proselytizing when we're on vacation."

She continued, "What is offensive at private hotels and motels, however, becomes unconstitutional at public-supported rooms."

While the Freedom From Religion Foundation has focused attention on public university-owned accommodations, the organization has also attempted to get private companies to remove Bibles from rooms.

The central target of their efforts has been Gideons International, a Christian organization that offers free Bibles to hotels. The Freedom From Religion Foundation sent a letter last year to 15 hotel companies asking that the holy book be removed from rooms.

"The Bible calls for killing nonbelievers, apostates, gays, 'stubborn sons' and women who transgress biblical double standards," the group alleged.

The organization warned that secular guests might be offended by the presence of Bibles and encouraged recipients of the letter to "be more hospitable to non-Christian and nonreligious clientele by offering 'Bible-free' rooms."

Atheists simply do not understand the power of the Holy Word. When some horny atheist opens the drawer beside his bed to toss in condemns in, he sees God's Word looking back at him. Let's demand a Bible in every room.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Of course hotel rooms should have Bibles. It's part of our freedom as Americans. They shouldn't have the Book of Mormon, though, since that's just proselytizing for the LSD cult.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

It's time for a Christian Hotel Chain. Where you can find Bibles in every room, no condoms anywhere, no muslims, no liberals. A place where you don't need any doors since no one is doing anything sinful.

I once reached for the Bible in a hotel room, a dirty atheist had replaced it with Carl Satan's "Demon Haunted World", which I thought might be a good read but wasn't.
          And they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord God of their fathers with all their heart and with all their soul;
That whosoever would not seek the Lord God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.

Good question sister. The Gideon's in the past have staunchly stood behind distributing the one True Bible© (King James Version), something that the Landover Baptist Church has historically stood behind. As the following (somewhat dated) article indicates, they too have become partially corrupted by distributing the MEV (Modern English Version) when requested.

As the article indicates, the world has been increasingly corrupted by the Globalist's, New World Order, George Soros, "diversity", and "multiculturalism" - and as you can see, no True Christian© should ever spend a night in a Marriott hotel (owned by Mormons, and also known to feature porn on their hotel room TV's).

Bible Now Shares Hotel Rooms With Some Other Good Books
              By EDWIN McDOWELL
              Published: December 26, 1995

It used to be that hotel guests could count on finding at least three things in their rooms: a bed, a bathroom and a Gideon Bible. These days, the Bibles are more common than ever, but they no longer have the field to themselves.

In a growing number of hotels, the Bible now finds itself keeping company with the Book of Mormon, the Teaching of Buddha and, in rarer cases, with Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy, the founder of Christian Science, or The Way to Happiness, a publication of the Church of Scientology.

This reflects the fact that in this diversified culture, the Christian Bible is no longer the single religious text," said Leander E. Keck, the Winkley Professor of Biblical Theology at the Yale Divinity School.

The American Hotel and Motel Association says the number of Bibles in hotel drawers has grown partly because the number of hotel rooms in the United States has increased to 3.4 million from 2.6 million in 1983. Perhaps more importantly, the Gideons -- evangelical business and professional men from various Christian denominations who have been putting Bibles in hotel rooms for almost a century -- appear to have lost no missionary ardor.

But many of the 160,000 hotel rooms in the Marriott chain -- whose founder, J. W. Marriott, was a Mormon -- carry the Book of Mormon as well as the Bible.

Some 2,500 hotels in the United States also carry the Teaching of Buddha, compliments of the Society for the Promotion of Buddhism, based in Tokyo. While most hotels that carry the Teaching of Buddha cater heavily to Asian guests, the book is also in all 383 rooms of the Ritz-Carlton in Pasadena, Calif., the 781 rooms of the California Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, the 1,206 rooms of the Fontainebleau Hilton in Miami and in hotels in New York, Colorado, Texas and Washington, D.C.

"It took a while for our book to get into hotels, because it was not as well known as the Bible," said Tomohito Katsunuma, the United States director of the Society for the Promotion of Buddhism.

Steve Post, the general manager of Barnabey's Hotel in Manhattan Beach, Calif., near Los Angeles International Airport, has no trouble keeping Science and Health in all 128 rooms, along with the Bible. "Four generations of Posts have owned this hotel and we're Christian Scientists," he said.

While Christian Scientists do not actively seek to place Science and Health in hotels, Martin Sirota of the church's Committee on Publication said, "It's something we might think about."

The Church of Scientology International said that a foundation formed by Scientologists has, since 1984, placed more than 90,000 copies of The Way to Happiness, written by the founder of Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard, in more than 350 American hotels.

Despite the United States' growing religious diversity, the Bible does not appear likely to lose its primacy in hotel rooms anytime soon.

"The only holy book we have in our hotels is the Bible, because our guests are 99 percent Americans and the majority of them are Christians," said Ravi Patel in Charlotte, N.C., who with his family owns 20 hotels in Virginia and the Carolinas.

Neither his hotels, Mr. Patel said, nor the many others owned by members of the Asian American Hotels Owners Association, carry the Bhagavad-Gita, the Sanskrit poem and classic of Hinduism. "But we are in a service industry," he said, "and if the time ever comes when our guests request it, we would provide it."

Dr. Abdel-Rahman Osmam, the senior Imam, or leader, at the Islamic Center of New York, said Moslems did not try to put the Koran in hotel rooms "because guests may take it to the bathroom or some other improper place." Most Moslems, Dr. Osmam added, memorize at least the Koran's opening chapter, which must be recited during each of the five prescribed daily prayers.

Dr. Neil Gillman, a rabbi and associate professor at the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York said that as far as he knew there was no Jewish organization that tried to place religious works in hotel rooms.

Meanwhile, the 150,000-strong Gideons International -- founded by three traveling salesmen in 1899 and named for a Biblical judge of Israel who also led a small band of men dedicated to the service of God -- have given away about 700 million copies of the King James or Modern English versions of the Bible.

Based in Nashville, the Gideons say their Bibles have reached 170 countries in 76 languages. Occasional efforts to bar Bibles from hotel rooms, on the ground that they are offensive to some guests, have not gotten very far because, hoteliers say, hotels are private businesses, free to accept Bibles or not, while guests are equally free to read them or not and to take them or not.

Margo Gilbert, the general manager of the Radisson Inn Lake Natoma in Folsom, Calif., said she had seen Bibles used as a scratch pads and repositories. "If I had a nickel for every time I found a condom in the Bible," Ms. Gilbert said, "I would be able to retire."

And spirituality is clearly not initially uppermost in the minds of most guests at the California Hotel and Casino, despite its having Bibles and the Teaching of Buddha in every room.

"Maybe guests eventually read the books," said a hotel spokeswoman, Jodee Streuber. "But when they arrive they just want to shower and hurry down to gamble."

See? The sinners left their condoms in the Bibles because the Holy Spirit used God's Written Word to dissuade them from sin.

When ever I'm in a hotel I bring many Bibles from home to help keep the night stands stocked. I knock on all the doors asking the guest if they have a Bible in their dresser or night stand.
I also find many Bible inside the rooms where homos tore out Leviticus. I always replaced those Bibles including a track about how being a homo is sin.

I note that many hotels have both the old and new testaments, which seems to favor those who are followers of Christ. Perhaps it would be better to rip out the new testaments of these books.

To have both of the books is kind of like asking a liberal to get his philosophy on life from the teachings of Ann Coulter. It may seem attractive on the outside but then there's the shock of finding out it isn't what you thought it would be.

Oh, may the L__d G_d of Judah send Messiah to us so that all of this confusion can stop and people can begin to live as He intended, rather than jumping on every petty cause that presents itself to us.

I would take issue with your suggestion to tear away the Gospels and the history and prophecy of the early church from Holy Writ, Mr. Hezekiah, but for one sobering thought.

The vast and overwhelming majority of those calling themselves Christians and claiming to love and serve the One True God do something similar each day of their sadly deluded, not-really-saved lives.

Instead of an honest and straightforward grasp of the pages before them resulting in torn paper and a bruised and bloodied heart in Jesus' chest, they take metaphorical scissors and markers and white-out to the very book that they purport to honor.

They remove, redact and cover over verses, paragraphs, pages and chapters of God's carefully transmitted Words that offer testimony of His Glory and Goodness and Divine Perfection.

If they don't like it, they ignore it. If they find it too challenging to grasp or enact, they "interpret" it to conform to their personal preferences.

This happens every minute of the day in churches and religious communities throughout the whole wide world.

What you have intimated, sir, is already the norm for believers nearly everywhere. They simply do not admit that they are doing it. . . And confronting that fact is hardly a petty cause.

Atheist just don't understand that there the minority, and there ungodly beliefs will never be a part of America. Homosexual loving activist are like a cult, like the cult the ungodly D & D board game created back in 1993.
