Landover will get $280 Billion, tax-free of course, for providing Divine assistance in our time of need.
The Oil companies and Warren Buffet will divvy up the rest as incentives and bonuses.
The tax rate for people who make over $5Million a year will remain at Zero. Peons who make less than that will be temporarily taxed at 98% until consumers start spending more money.
This is a WIN-WIN because now 280 million Americans are going to be healthier by getting exercise subsistence farming from dawn to dusk. Anyone who needs medical care is a whiner anyway.
