    Leave The Rabbit in Nelson Mandela's Ear.

    Members of the Nelson Mandela cult in South Africa want artists to remove a rabbit they put in the ear of his statue.

    I've heard there is this thing called "artist's license", the artist can ridicule his subject if he wants to. Let artists be artists.

      Maybe it's a demon.

      I've never known a coon to keep a rabbit in its ear. They usually throw 'em in the stew pot.

          I think it was the artist's answer to some comments that african leaders had nothing between their ears.

                              Was that dead guy a magician? I thought that magicians pulled rabbits out of their hats, not heads, though.

                                  You've put your finger on it, Basilissa. The Mandela cult so so rapped up in their dead magician they can't stand to see him teased or ridiculed. The artist had a good reason for putting the rabbit in Mandela's ear.

                                  And, while the artist is at it, why not put rabbit ears on Mandela's head? That would be in keeping with a person who stole the indigenous right of white people to rule South Africa.
