Road Safety for Niglets

It has been said that the mayor, Johnny Joe Hold, has been less than concerned about the number of road deaths amongst the “Community’s” children. Now, it is only fair to say that niglets tend not to understand the concept of a car other than through “Grand Theft Auto” and seem to think that there’s a reset button for life or a “God” mode.

Whereas we discount exaggerated stories of various residents mounting the sidewalk in their vehicles whilst driving through MalcomXville (better known as ‘Chicken Town’), we have to agree that 4 deaths and 22 serious injuries are a cause for concern; not least when no white children have been hurt at all.

With this in mind, our mayor has introduced several road signs restricting speed to 15 mph in selected areas. I realize that this is not much slower than a fit Buck with a gun can run, so do be armed and prepared but do keep to the speed limit.

26 niglets have collided with cars!? And not a single white child?

That's more than a coincidence, it has to be on purpose.

I trust that in every case the niglet's parents have been charged for the full cost of repairs. No innocent driver's insurance costs should go up over this. Maybe seeing their parents even more destitute and unable to afford crack than they already were will discourage these niglet hooligans from their wanton vandalism.

As usual, the parents have been unemployed, no visible means of support other than welfare checks - indeed the problem is serious.

I feel sorry for the person who doesn't see the black child and hits him (who COULD see then when they are dark as night and blend in).

The innocent victim that hits the blackie has to endure being late to where ever he is going if he stops to see what he hit. Then, if there is any damage to the car he has to go through the time and trouble to have it repaired. Not to mention the costs.

I think the parents of the blackies should be required to dress the children in bright yellow or orange jump suits that glow in the dark or have lights sewn in them.

Perhaps one of our more industrious Brothers could invent something like a deer whistle that would scatter them? Maybe something that sounded like a distant police siren?

You don't want it loud enough to disturb the decent people in their homes though, so I'm not sure how you would work that out.

In my humble way I have tried to blunt this assault on innocent white drivers who get involved in this scam.

I have dismissed each and every case brought before me by the niglet's parents.

My quick dismissals help keep the legal fees down, but it's a tragedy that our people have to go to the trouble of defending themselves in my court.

I'm not sure the warning whistle is the way to go since the coons will just ignore the sound and continue to throw themselves in front of our cars. I'm thinking perhaps a curfew kicking in before sundown might be an idea to discuss.

We could also beef up Officer Don's budget to allow for extra officers and cruisers on the street to enforce the ordnance.

Well if only Sister Daisy and Brother HTannor could get together and solve this.
Could you imagine if Brother HTannor gave every niglet a suit like Sister Daisy suggests (I'd like to see smart stripes on the sides, perhaps a boldly printed dry cleaning number on the front and back).

Perhaps take the niglet off the street and put him some place safe, with high walls and guards? A place where society could not 'accidentally' hit them with their car or truck? How and where could we do that......

It's a common, but misinformed stereotype that African-Americans are more prone to crime and violence than other races. African-Americans are actually less likely to commit murder, rape, robbery, assault, etc. than any other race. The problem is we have institutionalized racism in police forces around the country, along with a clouded delusion among white folk that we are somehow "dangerous".

Yes, statistics show that African-Americans are more likely commit crimes, but what it's actually showing is the African-Americans who get arrested for crimes. White people commit 10x as many murders as African-Americans, but the police force either turns a blind eye for it or frames it on an innocent African-American (The O.J. Simpson case is the most famous example).
