  • False Republican: Bush "worst in history for US manufacturing"

A false Republican has come out to publicly announce that President George W. Bush's tenure was the worst in history for US manufacturing, and that decline in American manufacturing was the result of policies started by "stupid" Ronald Reagan!

Haley, a professor of marketing and international business at the University of New Haven and founding director of the university's Center for International Industry Competiveness, goes as far as saying that "U.S. government policy in recent decades has actually had an outright negative effect on U.S. manufacturing." Haley traces the roots of such policy back to President Ronald Reagan's assertion that the United States is a "post-industrial society."

"That's the stupidest statement any president has made in history," Haley says.

George Haley -- "There’s nothing in economics that says that a high-cost labor market cannot compete."

Haley calls the tenure of President George W. Bush "probably the worst time in history for U.S. manufacturing." One of Bush's most destructive policies, Haley asserts, was his administration's focus on maintaining a high currency value for the U.S. dollar. Haley is adamant that the United States needs to have its "currency valuation based upon our trade deficit with the rest of the world -- and our trade deficit indicates our currency is overvalued."

Thank you for the link. This ivory tower elitists just needs to look at all those American run factories in China to see how good Republican policy as been for American Companies.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

Here we go again!!! Another America-hating liberal posing as a Republican, attempting to re-write history to discredit the economic miracles of the Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush Administrations!!!

FACT: Ronald Reagan's tax cuts spurred a booming economy.

FACT: Massive tax cuts to the wealthy always produce much, much more revenue than they "cost"--- that's just Economics 101.

FACT: The maufacturing/economic boom under Reagan was one of the central factors in the destruction of the Worldwide Communist Conspiracy (which has staged a chilling revival under Obama).

FACT: The massive revenue from tax cuts created huge budget surpluses under Reagan and George W. Bush, only to be immediately squandered by Clinton and Obama!!!

It constantly amazes me to witness the level of denial, self-delusion, and falsehoods put out by the liberals in this country. They will not be satisfied until they indoctrinate our school children with outrageous lies, smears, mistruths, and talking points designed to discredit The Great Ronald Reagan(tm) and one of our best President's ever, George W. Bush.

Sad. Sad what this country has become.

Thanks to elimination of all government and regulations, the warlord and international pirate sectors of the Somali economy have become the envy of the world, experiencing massive job growth. But instead, Obama and his henchmen are trying to put America on the same failed high-tax, low-growth, Big Government pathway as The Netherlands.

        Sad.

Quoted for the TRUTH! You don't hear the Somalians screaming for government help. Those warlords and pirates pull themselves up by their RPG straps. Why can't Americans show the same can do spirit? We used to have it at places like Wounded Knee, now were a nation of cry babies.
