For those sinners who visit our Forum and are gamers or otherwise illiterate, we have prepared a visual aid to help you understand the Tribulations.

We've reached a pivotal turning point in the narrative of the Book of Revelation. We departed Chapter 9 in apparent failure. Despite all the efforts of Jesus, including the hard task of making all ecosystem services unsustainable and thus initiating the destruction if the biosphere, the sinners failed to Repent. Now it is time to assess who is responsible for all this and how Jesus is going to deal with this travesty. In addition, things start to appear strange for the common reader. We are getting small glimpses of things from the perspective of Jesus and God. We are starting to perceive things as they perceive the World. This includes the intermingling of past, present and future, as revelations of the past before Creation are interposed with things after dismantling this timeline. This is understandable.

    2 Peter 3:8
But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

We start today's reading with Chapter 10 by turning our attention once again on John, the person who wrote down these musings by Christ. He sees another angel swear by Jesus. Soon it is clear that because of the unrelenting nature of the sinners, more help is needed. Jesus is indeed unsurpassed in His Love (1 John 4:8). He must have some extra punishments reserved for those who still dismiss Him.

    Revelation 10:8
And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.

The game is not finished. The sinners remain stubborn. They must be told more of the woes that will fall upon them because of their abominable act of disregarding Jesus.

    Revelation 10:11
And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

We move on to Revelation Chapter 11. The sinners are told that their agony is not over.

    Revelation 11:3
And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

There are going to be people who will still tell the remaining sinners about the Glorious nature that is Jesus! Perhaps some more sinners will be spared in this manner! However, Satan will, of course, eventually have them killed.

    Revelation 11:7
And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

Fortunately, these two witnesses will be among those accepted into Heaven.

    Revelation 11:12
And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

Things are overturned. God the Father now turns over His reign to His Son Jesus Christ who is His father. Finally it's time for Trumpet 7: All Power to Jesus! Glory!

    Revelation 11:15
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

It's now up to Jesus to carry on with the punishments. Those of us (probably all True Christians™) already in Heaven will now join in a hymn of gratitude.

    Revelation 11:17-18
Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; becausethou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Now we can see that the apparent failure to make the sinners Repent with the Tribulations was, in fact, not a failure. It would be blaming the victim to accuse Jesus of these billions of deaths. It is Jesus who is the real victim. It is the sinners' own fault that this have gotten out of hand. Jesus had no choice but to start harsh measures as the sinner population has failed Him. Whatever took place previously and whatever Jesus will continue doing to them is of their own doing. For all this, we'll be giving thanks to Jesus among the angels. Nice.

Chapter 12. Suddenly we are given a vision of the past, intertwined with the present and future. This is True™ relativity of all times and ages being simultaneously perceived by Jesus, very different from the false equations of general relativism by Einstein. We see a woman and a child and a war!

    Revelation 12:1-2
And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

The woman is the pre-Christ community that in great agony tried to follow God's commandment until it was necessary to produce a child, Sweet baby Jesus, to Redeem all of us. Any other measures of an omnipotent deity (Revelation 19:6; we'll get there very soon) were apparently useless and only through temporary human sacrifice could things be made OK. In this timeless pre/peri/post-Creation realm, Satan was already on the move.

    Revelation 12:3
And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

There was a war. The real culprit was there.

    Revelation 12:7
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

That is how God allowed evil to enter the Created Earth.

    Revelation 12:9
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Their fault became the Fall of Mankind (Genesis 3:6) as the woman ate the fruit. All those remaining on Earth are still guilty, because they have not chosen Jesus. Jesus is the real Victim! At this point we can relax a bit, as Jesus tells us how things will turn our. In short, He'll win! Nice.

    Revelation 12:12
Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Obviously, the time of Victory is not yet. Before that, Jesus has to torment the sinners some more, as they are going to fight a losing battle against Him with Satan. The total incredible numbness of the remaining billions of sinners is dumbfounding! Still, some few, perhaps only some dozens of the billions, will turn to Jesus and fight for Him. We'll meet these few brave survivors in due time.

    Revelation 12:17
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Next Time: The Number of the Beast!

    Yours in Christ,

    Elmer
2 Kings 18:25 - Am I now come up without the LORD against this place to destroy it? The LORD said to me, Go up against this land, and destroy it.
