I heard he's on McCain's short list of potentiial Vice Presidents, though I hear a lot of things. Maybe he's just going to start his political career when he's older. As McCain has proved to us, (to quote a TV newsanchor whose name I forget) "70 is the new 40". And, as president Bush's extended frat-boy phase proves, 40 is the new 19. At least in regards to youthful indiscretions and how the public is able to ignore them.

Maybe I should start printing up some McCain/Reagan bumper stickers. Wow. McCain/Reagan. That sends a pleasant chill up and down my spine.

The McCain daughter posted a meandering, half-literate (and ultimately unreadable) blog article attacking our sweet Sister Ann Coulter. Can you believe it?

McCain called Ann "a train wreck" and "extreme" and unappealing to youthful Republicans.... PURE RUBISH!

But, McCain's vicious attack on Ann reminds me of the great poem by Pastor Martin Niemoller. Here's my updating of his classic:

Let me offer a President we may not be considering. President Harry Truman may have technically been a DEMONcrat, but he demonstrated Godly Republican values to his only daughter and to the Nation. In the interest of his country President Truman determined that it was necessary to nuke the Japanese not just once, but twice. He showed his daughter Margaret that smiting enemies is both Godly and victorious.

It is not commonly known that Harry's daughter Margaret was an accomplished pianist and performed in numerous highly respected venues. After one of her performances she was dragged over the coals by the Demonic press. President Truman stepped in and made it VERY clear to the Satanic media that criticism of his daughter was off limits.

I submit that Harry Truman was not only a Great President, a Great Father, a Christian Husband to his wife Bess, but an undercover Godly Republican.

I think it says something that Mr. Reagan's children by LIEberal Jane Wyman are the good ones, and gravatated to their father's ideals. I believe that the ultimate test of good parenting is: how many of your little angels has God called up to heaven?

Every year in God decides that 28,000 American babies less than one year old are so angelic he just has to have them in heaven right now. God has far less use for the spoiled socialist babies of Europe and Cuba.

I'm proud to say God has chosen 2 of my own little angels to be called up to heaven.
