Ezekiel 33:8-9: When I say unto the wicked, O wicked [man], thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked [man] shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

Listen up, today, I take as my verse

For by thy words thou shalt be justified. -- Matthew 12:37

I’m here to explain to you how easy salvation is – you just have to say the right things!

And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life. -- John 5:29

And although you are justified by your words, to be saved you also have to do good.

A man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. -- Romans 3:28

But of course, it doesn’t really matter what you say or do, because you are actually justified by your faith.

Faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. -- James 2:17

It is also important to remember that although you are justified by faith alone and not by your good works, you also have to do good works to have faith and be saved.

Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. -- Matthew 25:34-36

But your faith isn’t really necessary, because Jesus will judge you based on whether you fed the hungry, gave drink to the thirsty, took in strangers, clothed the naked, and visited the sick and imprisoned.

Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. ... Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. -- Luke 6:21, 24

Although why you would feed the hungry seems strange, because Jesus plans on only saving the hungry and not the full.

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. -- Matthew 5:9

To be saved, you have to make peace in the world.

Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven. -- Luke 6:22-23

But besides that, to go to heaven, you actually have to cause hate and division in the world.

But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. -- Luke 6:35

But you must love your enemies, do good to them, and give them lots of money.

When the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness ... and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul. -- Ezekiel 18:27

But of course, to be save you soul you just have to follow the laws of the Old Testament.

Now, Listen up again! Are there any amongst you sinners, you vile worms, you unwashed and unworthy, who would not accept the Love of Christ and become a True Christian™?

Inspiring! Who now can be left in doubt? I have chosen my path:Luke 6:20 And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.

This is achieved by consultation with our expensive Jewish lawyers. My will is carefully constructed; all my worldly goods are given away to tax efficient trusts for the benefit of my family 20 minutes before my death. I thus die in poverty.

To clarify on what I was saying, the Bible explains to us how simple salvation is!

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 7:21

So proclaiming Jesus is Lord does not save you, just the performing the will of Jesus’ Father.

Who will render to each one according to his deeds. ... For not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified. -- Romans 2:6, 13

God judges you according to your deeds, and justifies you if you obey the laws of the Old Testament.

Every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. -- John 6:40

But obeying the laws doesn’t matter, because if you see the Son and believe in Him, you will be saved.

Whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. -- John 3:16

In fact, you don’t even have to see Him, just believing is enough.

Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. -- John 3:3

But believing isn’t enough, because you must be born again.

He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life. -- John 5:24

You must remember though, that to get everlasting life requires only that you hear the words of Jesus and believe in the one that sent Him.

Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. -- John 3:5

But of course, just believing isn’t enough, for you must be born of water and of the Spirit.

It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: -- 2 Timothy 2:11

And also, you must be dead with Jesus.

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost. -- Titus 3:5

But don’t forget it doesn’t matter if you do good works, you have to be washed of the Holy Ghost.

Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. -- Matthew 18:3

But you MUST be converted and become like a little child.

The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. John 12:25

This verse doesn’t contradict with the last one. After all, who hates their life more than a little child?

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. -- Matthew 16:25, Mark 8:35, Luke 9:24, Luke 17:33

And hate it so much – you lose it.

For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward. -- Matthew 10:42, Mark 9:41

But of course, God will reward you according to your good works, performed for Christians.

Great teaching, Brother! I did not understand many things of it, but that's because God works in mysterious ways. Praise!
        Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
        Praised be Your Glorious Name™.

        Amen.

Amen! The Bible is mysterious, but a keen student can see what is plainly written in it!

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved. -- Mark 16:16

Salvation comes from faith and baptism is necessary.

And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. -- Acts 16:31

Unless you are lucky enough to belong in the household of a believer, in which case you are saved by default.

Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. -- Acts 2:21, Romans 10:13

Calling upon the Lord is enough, unless you haven’t obey the will of the Father (see above).

If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. -- Romans 10:9

You must confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe God raised Him from the dead (unless you are a demon).

If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments. He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. -- Matthew 19:17-19

But belief doesn’t save you so much as obeying half of the ten commandments.

And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? ... Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother. And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up. ...thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.-- Luke 18:18-22

Then again, Jesus explains that on top of keeping half of the ten commandments, you must also give all your money to the poor and follow Jesus.

Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. -- Revelation 14:12

But don’t worry, you don’t REALLY have to give up your money to the poor, just follow the commandments and have faith in Jesus.

And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. -- 2 Thessalonians 2:10

All you have to do is LOVE THE TRUTH!

He that endureth to the end shall be saved. -- Matthew 10:22, 24:13, Mark 13:13

All you have to do is ENDURE TO THE END!

Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead? -- 1 Corinthians 15:29

If all else fails though, you can always get baptized after you die.

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged. -- Matthew 7:1, Luke 6:37

And you can completely avoid being judged by God by not judging others yourself.

And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety. -- 1 Timothy 2:14-15

And if you are a woman, you can be saved by having lots of children and being faithful, charitable, holy and sober.

M't:25:44: Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
            […]
M't:25:46: And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Re: Sermon in The Street 15th Feb 2001 HB

Exactly! There is only ONE path to salvation, which the Bible explains:

For what knowest thou, O wife, whether thou shalt save thy husband? or how knowest thou, O man, whether thou shalt save thy wife? -- 1 Corinthians 7:16

As we see, a person can get saved by their spouse.

It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you ... deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. -- 1 Corinthians 5:1-5

But if you’re a fornicator, you’ll have to turn yourself over to the destruction of the flesh so your spirit may be saved.

And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. -- Matthew 19:29, Mark 10:29-30, Luke 18:29-30

And although your spouse’s salvation may automatically save you, in order to be saved, you must abandon your spouse and your family and home for Jesus’ name’s sake.

Ye are the children of them which killed the prophets ... Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? -- Matthew 23:31-33

But no matter what, there is no salvation for you if your ancestors were prophet killers.

Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. -- Luke 13:23-24

You only have to try to enter the straight gate, but this is no guarantee, as many will try and fail.

And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob. -- Romans 11:26

Everyone is Israel will be saved, however, even though Jesus called them all killers of the prophets.

...the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. -- Revelation 14:4

But in the end, the only people who will be redeemed are 144,000 male virgins. Everyone else is doomed.

Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. -- Mark 8:38

You must be open about your faith in Jesus…

Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. -- Matthew 6:1

But secretive about your good works.

All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. -- John 6:37

But the choice is God’s to hand you over to Jesus, not yours.

For many are called, but few are chosen. -- Matthew 22:14

Our fate is predestined as to whether we will be saved or not. Nothing we say, do, think or believe has anything to do with it.

Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. -- Matthew 19:23-24

But you do have to be poor.
