Well, I suppose I should have seen that one coming. Okay, riddle me this. Can you explain why if you were to go up in an airplane why you can CLEARLY see the curvature of the earth if you claim its flat?

Hello, just a quick question, if the earth was indeed flat, and "gravity" was all nonsense, how do you explain how we fall after we jump? And how we have different weights?

You say: There's curvature and I see because I'm high up in the air.
I say: You're high up in air and because of all sorts of environmental influences you perceive down below as a curvature. Sometimes you see things that aren't truthfully. Like seeing a man in the distance. He is not small.

LOL.

1) Jump:
The velocity you are traveling is the same as the earth and therefore if you jump up you come down.

About the truck, you have to account for the resistant of air, now i bet you if you jump up will the wind is blowing you will not fall straight down and on a truck the speed is much higher therefore the effect is much greater.

2) Blow:
Now this one takes the cherries on the cake!!! HAHA
it took me about four minutes to stop laughing!!!
now let me explain this one. The balloon contains very low density gasses which equals very small gravity, and earths gravity prevents it from sticking as the mass of the earth is much greater and more dense.

if you were to do this same experiment in space(where only micro gravity exists) it will stick on it , but the person which does this should not be very close and as the mass is so small gravitational pull will be small and therefore if you were to leave it about a meter away it would taka a long time to fall to the balloon.

oh and if the people like me in South Africa Or Australia where to fall of the earth as he says then where to will i fall? is space there is no up nor a down and therefore even though people make it out as if the north is the top in fact it is not, because there is no top!!!

3) Get High:

i have got to say this guy must have been high on meth or marijuana or something!!!
does he even know how big the earth is? at the equator it is some 42000 km and the human can at maximum probably only see about 5 to 10 km because further then that the atmosphere distorts light so much that you can't see nothing and compare 10 km to 42000 km you only see a scratch of the earth.
this theory of him can be complete disprove by the fact that if you get into a U2 aircraft and get to the very edge of the earths atmosphere you see the curve of the earth!!!

Tell me, holly friends from the other side of the world. What is the sun? Is it a flash light from god, keeping is all warm and comfy? So the sun must be also flat? And the other planets around the sun, flat? Or you think they build a giant plasma screen around our flat earth, to keep us amused? I'm just asking, I feel kinda dumb going to a university to learn about physics and stuff, if I can get all the knowledge for free on this wonderful forum.
