GOP TX wants to punish people who support gay rights

It's about time! This is why I vote Republican!

Texas GOP Wishes to Punish Straight People Who Support Gay Rights

The 2010 GOP platform in Texas supports laws that criminalize sodomy and suggests that straight people who support same-sex marriage should be penalized with jail time. The GOP platform was quoted as openly stating:
“We oppose the legalization of sodomy. We demand that Congress exercise its authority granted by the U.S. constitution to withhold jurisdiction from the federal courts from cases involving sodomy,” the GOP platform reads. Meaning that even though the U.S. Supreme Court overturned sodomy laws last decade (ironically in a case that stemmed from Texas), Texas Republicans would like the state to have the power to criminalize LGBT folks for having sex.
“We support legislation that would make it a felony to issue a marriage license to a same-sex couple and for any civil official to perform a marriage ceremony for such,” reads the GOP platform.
If a straight person were to aid and abet a gay couple with marriage in Texas, th GOP would like to see that person serve mandatory jail time.
“We believe that the practice of homosexuality tears at the fabric of society, contributes to the breakdown of the family unit, and leads to the spread of dangerous, communicable diseases,” the platform reads.
This is breaking news and more information will be updated as it becomes available.

Well I say we thank our Lord that such progressive, like minded thinkers live in the state of Texas. Without them taking the lead in death penalty issues and their stand on educational standards on the public school system where would we be?

I am certain the Republicans are going to win the next elections with these Biblically correct plans to rid America of all gays. Praise The LORD!

Re: GOP TX wants to punish people who support gay rights

Am I the only one who cannot understand why homers should want to ape normal people and enter into a travesty and traduce the meaning of the Holy estate of matrimony?

What do they think they are doing? Is it not the same as dogs wanting to drive cars?

Let us look at the criteria for a normal married couple entering Heaven:

The man must have been Godly and to have supplied his wife (who, being a woman, lacks intellect) with the answers to all her questions on True Christianity™ and to have been her guide in all things.

If he qualifies on these counts, then both husband and wife will enter heaven.

          HOWEVER!!!!

A pair of homers is a double abomination. They corrupt not just the land, our children and our moral values but create revulsion in all those who see them. They are hellbound.

Hell is not pleasant; we cannot imagine that there are double rooms for homer married couples. So, in the after-life their “lifestyle partner” will be at one end of Hell, and they will be at the other.

So, what is the point of this “marriage”?

              GLORY AND PRAISE JESUS !!

I hope Texas follows through now, and starts building enough prisons to hold all of the damned liberals there!

And none of those fluffy bunny 'Club Med' prisons, they should be building prisons like they have in Mexico!!

The sooner Texas starts putting liberals in prison, the sooner we can consecrate the US to Jesus Christ !!

Texas can lead the way in saving America !!

I hope they plan on making it the death penalty.

Of course the thing that's on everyone's mind that no one is talking about is the fact that homosexuals rape children. They just can't help themselves. Unless we send all the homosexuals to Hell, they will inevitably exploit their freedom to sodomize little boys. That is not to belittle the fact that they spread AIDS and endanger the sanctity of marriage. They hurt the morale of our troops. They have anal sex with eachother.

Brothers and Sisters, these fags have to be stopped.

No one who makes a decision as hurtful to God--- such as issuing a marriage license to the wrong people--- should be allowed to make ANY major decisions for the rest of society. Actually, my preference would be to just go ahead and issue a death sentence so they will no longer be a drain on respectable society.

Quoted for the Truth. The last four years under the Obama regime we've had the government gone totally out of control with socializing medicine, the auto-industry and finance. About time someone call up on Americans to take some personal responsibility for themselves by facing legal penalties for talking about allowing people to have sex the majority doesn't approve of.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.
