Block 23 "Evidence for Delayed Filling or Alteration" is blank!! But the supposed birth is on the 4th and the hospital staff signed on the 8th. That's a delay, but no evidence is provideed to account for it.

I thought they had been saying for the last how many years that this was impossible to get as Hawaii no longer issued the long forms. So were they lying then or are they lying now?

Didn't Hawaii say 2 years ago that they no longer issued "long form birth certificates"?

I'm trying to dig up the information, but it seems that the liebral media has swamped the search engines with the new "real" birth certificate, so that it's almost impossible to find all the reasons given up to last month as to why he "couldn't" show this document before.

Oh and if he was born in 1961, why did he not get it until now? When I applied for my passport, for my drivers license and for my government job, I had to supply a birth certificate. Mine was issued approximately a month after my birth (give or take, I can't be bothered to go dig it out to look at the exact issuance day). So he just now realized that he'd need his birth certificate? How else has he been proving his citizenship all these years? Immigrant status card?

The full birth certificate released by the White House showed Mr Obama was delivered by Dr David A Sinclair at Kapiolani Maternity and Gynaecological Hospital in Honolulu.

Dr Sinclair's son, Karl Sinclair, 55, said the doctor died in Hawaii in 2003 when he was in his 80s.
"I was floored when I heard this," Mr Sinclair told the Telegraph. "I'm a Barack supporter so it made me proud, and it would have made my Dad proud.
He was a Democrat. I wish he was alive today.

So, the only witness to the birth is dead and was a Democrat – I smell a conspiracy. Read on, it gets better:

Okay, I did a search on "Hawaii doesn't provide long form birth certificates" and that devils tool of the liebrals turned it into "Hawaii DOES provide long form birth certificates"

Funny, because up to a month or so ago, weren't all the liebrals saying we were nuts because Hawaii DOESN'T provide long form birth certificates?

Not when he was 18 years old as required by law because he didn’t think he had to register for the draft because either his Indonesian or Kenyan citizenship exempted him. 10) Occidental College records — suppressed, not released. 11) Financial aid records at Occidental College — suppressed not released. 12) His passport — not released and records scrubbed clean by Obama’s terrorism and intelligence advisor. 13) Columbia University records —suppressed. 14) Columbia University thesis — we know titled, “Soviet Nuclear Disarmament,” also not released. Suppressed. 15) Harvard University records — that’s law school — not released. 16) Harvard Law Review articles — none. 17) Illinois Bar records — not released. 18) Same for his baptism certificates and his medical records. 19) Add to those lists Illinois State Senate records, law practice client list … and the beat goes on.

True! Hawaii issues only "Certifications of Live Birth" as official Birth Certificates

What is the state's policy for issuing a "Certification of Live Birth" versus a "Certificate of Live Birth"? My first, second and fourth children received certificates, but my third and fifth children received certifications. (Remember this part, it's important)Why the difference? The certificate contains more information, such as the name of hospital, certifier's name and title; attendant's name and title, etc. The certification has only the child's name, date and time of birth, sex, city/island/county of birth, mother's maiden name, mother's race, father's name and father's race. Why doesn't the state just issue certificates? When did it stop issuing certificates? Is it possible to obtain certificates for my third and fifth children?

Watanabe continued quoting DOH spokesperson Okubo to the effect that all birth records since 1908 have been affected by this policy (So this "researchers" first, second and fourth child were born before 1908 and her third and fifth were born after? How old is this researcher and where was she storing her third child? )and that the electronic record is what the DOH routinely supplies to satisfy same-day requests for birth records. And here's the kicker:

Asked for more information about the short-form versus long-form birth documents, Okubo said the Health Department "does not have a short-form or long-form certificate."
"The birth certificate form has been modified over the years and decades to conform to national standards and models," she said.
Okubo also emphasized the certification form "contains all the information needed by all federal government agencies for transactions requiring a birth certificate."

Read these articles fast people because the liebrals on the 'net are burning their keyboards revising their history. After all, Hawaii provided a long form birth certificate, Hawaii has ALWAYS offered long form birth certificates, nobody knows where we got the idea that Hawaii didn't offer long form birth certificates.

Obama's lawyer sent a special request to the Hawaii Health Department asking for an exception and to release the long form.

A couple of things.

1 I have fathered 4 kids. The stamps are never that clear. Never.
2 The local Register and the Register General accepted on the same date but with different stamps?
3 And it was on the same date the attendant signed but the day after the mother signed.
4 Mom signed it 3 days after the birth?
5 The name of the local register is obviously a troll. U K L LEE AHAHAHA

6 and most IMPORTANT. If and even IF this were a legitimate document, why was it hidden for so long when it could have been produced so easily? Why did Obama let this go on for so long hurting so many in the process?

7 Why is there no evidence for delayed filing?
