It should be noted that we do love our Christian bretheren. We preach your so called 'hatred' because we actually listen to the word of God, rahter than picking and choosing what we think is 'right', we believe that every single word of the Bible is correct.

What shall one take the phrase "preach hatred" to mean?

We do not preach that we, the Body of Christ at LBC, or anyone else, should hate people of any sort.

We preach the Word of God in which His hatred of certain sinful behaviours and those who practice such has been set out in black ink upon white pages for many thousands of years.

Sure, the pages may have been animal parchment or papyrus in centuries past. And who knows where they got their ink before office superstores came around. But the words have been forthrightly scribed by generations of pious believers.

It is God who hates homosexuals; they merely make me nervous when I can't tell what I'm talking to.

It is God who hates lukewarm Christians; they make me mad or sad depending on the direction of their hypocrisy. But I try not to get too worked up, because I figure that God know His own and doesn't need me to hurry anyone into hell. He needs me to pray and keep faith.

My faith is not in hate. My faith is in unmutable truth. I have a theory that truth "leaks". No matter how hard some choose to deny it or hold it back, or cover up it, truth seeps out.

Truth will be revealed. God will be revealed in all His truth. There are some who will not see this Truth until the moment of their deaths. But that is a moment I no longer fear. Which is why I harbor no hatred in my heart.

May your heart be similarly filled with Truth and emptied of hate.

God loves you because God is love, that's the truth! John 3:16.
God certainly loved the whole world but has zero tolerance for sin which is why!!!!!!!! it's so messed up in the first place. Jude 1:18. But your sin is also included in the part that is messing up this world.
You are going not against any brothers or sisters here, bless them all...but God Himself who wrote this book, long before we were born! So if you love yourself-then save yourself from God's wrath to come. He is a God of LOVE but also a God of Righteousness and is soon to putaway every evil so His creation can be restored to it's glory, not our sins that's destoying it. Revelation 20:15
Hope you reconsider the truth and yes true believers don't hate you neither does God but your sin GOT TO GO! If you want to be found in His kingdom.

wow God loves us and he dose love the sinners rember Jesus came to save those who needed to be save. But we have been given free will so we choose follow God or live a sinful life it really depends on the person and we can witness and tell the sinners about Jesus its up to them to accpt it we can't force it down their throats

Nonsense. Please stop spreading lies about the Bible to lure innocent children to the fires of Hell.

God has a lot of hate for those who deserve it.

Proverbs 6:16-19 "These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren."

so you don't know me or my walk with the Lord and you accuse me of lying brother well we all will be standing before the Judgment sit both christans and sinners and I forgive you brother cause having unforgiveness in your heart can keep you from heaven
