What is Gods postion if some one were to cripple themselves by sticking a needle into their spine? Would he instantly hate them for crippling themselves? Any help is welcomed.

Thank you for you quick response I will have to ask my pastor next week at church. As for now what do you think Gods position would be pastor?
If your asking me personally I would have to say that I think God wouldn't like this action because of 1 Corinthians 3:16-17.

I'm sorry I could not make a new thread to pose my question Brothers and Sisters, But I must wait until I'm deemed worthy of acceptance into the forum favored by the Lord. Rightly so I might add, I'd hate for a no good blasphemin' atheist to be seen as one of the Lords chosen.

I haven't found any threads asking my question, but then again I'm not used to something so complex as a computer, the most complicated thing I work with is my beloved oven.

But my question is asking whats God's judgment of the Obese, since they seem to be popping up all over this country I know the answer is in the bible (as all answers are ) but I must lack the wisdom to find it.

God does not fool around with fatties and quite clearly tells them what is required if they do not reduce.

God loves cripples and bastards.

Here are scriptures to prove it:

Deuteronomy 10:18 - He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.

So we see from this scripture that God loves “bastards” (the fatherless) because He defends them and provides food and clothing.

2 Samuel 9:3-7 3And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet. 4And the king said unto him, Where is he? We atheists agree! Not with the God part but we can certainly agree on hating cripples. They should be nuked in the womb. It's survival of the fittest and the handicapped do not qualify to make the evolutionary trip into the world. We support planned parenthood genetic testing to determine if it's a handicap or not. We should not waste our resources on useless, unproductive biological material.

I did not know fundamentalist christians took this view. I'm getting a better opinion of you after visiting this web site. Bravo!

This is complete nonsense. "Fatherless" refers to orphans. Which is why they are grouped together with widows, as widows and orphans are often grouped together, while widows and bastards aren't.

After all, bastards do have a father, only not the father he should have.
