as far as I'm aware, manatees neither have cloven hooves nor chew their cud. Thus does not qualify your definition. Besides this whole passage is about not eating these creatures because they are unclean. It makes sense though. As even in ancient times, people knew what foods were good and which ones were not so good. So, it seems natural that anyone would want to pass that knowledge on.

And I was not referring to the black market as referring to your 'friend' there. Will you stop taking everything as being literal. The 'black market' does not mean a market that is black. I think you understand what I'm really talking about. And with your experiments, all you've proven is that you are capable of killing an animal....a rather intelligent animal at that. And a creature can still be considered 'wet' and be dehydrated. Just because you're dehydrated does not mean you have 'no' water in you. It just means that you do not have enough to survive on. All living things require a certain amount of water in their systems. It helps regulate body temperature. Especially in a dolphin's case, they can die from hyperthermia if stuck on the land in that kind of heat as well. Their bodies are made to hold in heat, not expell it.

And the claims about genes is not just rubbish. Your genes do not spontaneously mutate in an hour. It just doesn't happen that way. Genetic change would happen by generations, not by minutes.

Manatees have fins as I recall. Live in the water? Yep. Do they have scales? No. They are an abomination unto the Lord.

Wrong again Mr. Collegeboy Know-it-all. Here in Freehold, Iowa it is perfectly legal to kill dolphins.

in Leviticus 11:13, it says that they shall be regarded as an abomination to you, not unto the Lord. The reason being that many creatures that do not have fins and scales are often poisonous to us, so it would not be wise to eat them. But it does not mean that they are an abomination to the earth or to the Lord. If they were, then why would he allow them to live on this earth?

Manatees have fins as I recall. Live in the water? Yep. Do they have scales? No. They are an abomination unto the Lord.

Freehold is private property so we do what the Bible tells us to do. Secular laws tell people what they CANNOT do, not what they CAN do. We obey secular laws when we have to leave the compound.

I have studied dolphins quite extensively. I know quite a bit about them. Please try reading things from more credible sources than 40 year old stories from a 3rd world country's village. That is not proof of anything at all.

Go to any decent research library and ask to see pre-1973 maps, and you'll find Freehold. We went to a lot of trouble suing the mapmakers until they agreed to take Freehold off the maps. On another matter, there is no evidence that manatees actually eat meat at all.You can speculate it. And blame them for something happening. But based on observation, that's never been seen. It is true that they will wade up onto a shore to get at some of the grass. But they cannot travel over land very well at all. And also, manatees are not at all related to pigs. They're more closely related to elephants and the Hyrax.

Also, if you actually managed to obtain several dolphins (which I have reason to disbelieve unless somehow recieved through the black market), it's absurd for someone to believe that sticking a dolphin out in the desert proves anything. That's like if someone put you out in the antarctic without clothes. See how long you would survive there. Evolution is not just a spontaneous thing that happens to a creature in a few minutes. It's never been suggested that it ever has been. And dolphins would not die of suffocation, but rather by dehydration and by the crushing of their internal organs. That's typically what kills most whales and dolphins that beach themselves.
