How is God killing someone evil friend? God is all powerful and all knowing. If God drowns a family of Indonesian heathen in a tsunami like rats we can be sure that family is evil.

God does things for mysterious reasons. As mortals, we cannot be expected to understand, nor should we ever question Him. I am not sure why you doubt Him so much, why you try to put words into his mouth and teachings? Do you think you are God? Can't you accept His word and just live by it? What is it you have against Him?
Do you believe all things happen for a reason? Do you know why a church is burned down from time to time, with no apparent cause? Why some babies are born with defects?

Jesus decides who dies and when and in what manner. Taking that decision into our own hands in is a serious sin. If you read the Bible you'd know that.

Pastor you are right and I obviously know this. I was addressing the post regarding natural disasters. My thoughts are we do not know. I had a group of people the other day talking about the flight that went down and how tragic. All that came to my mind was why is it tragic? They are dead and it is God's Will. For some on that plane, they could be in Heaven now basking in the glory of God's presence or not. Didn't you say we know - each of us knows where we stand? So, why would this be a tragedy if a person is always prepared die and knows their standing? Only those that don't know need beware. Is this thought process correct?

Do not mock the cross of Jezus! He died on that cross, suffering horrible and inhuman pain so you should have respect for the cross. Hang one above your bed and remember each and every night thatyou should worship the instrument that made Jezus suffer beyond imagination and boundaries of human tollerance! I worship the cross!
