All I can say is that all the areas of expertise that you listed if not exist would bring us into the Stone Age and for that matter the bible would not have even been written. Denouncing all science is just stupid, if you don't like science don't turn on your computer.

And what in the world is with pi = 3. It is a well known constant and works knowingly, even on a self imposed measuring system.

I have a few points i would like to respectfully discuss, I found this site on accident and to be honest it made me...sad. Because i cannot possibly understand your beliefs because they are so Hippocratic. I hope you learn from my post and it enlightens your existence slightly.


1. . Irrational numbers are those real numbers that cannot be represented as terminating or repeating decimals. As a consequence of Cantor's proof that the real numbers are uncountable (and the rationals countable) it follows that almost all real numbers are irrational. Therefore, all numbers can essentially be irrational in situations. Including the number 1, i highly doubt you can deny the existence of the number 1 correct? Therefore Pi is the same as any number in basic mathematics (although it is considered a simple mathematic anyway).

2. Ive seen on this site that you believe that the world is in fact flat. I personally cannot possibly understand this belief. However, I will say that the most simple observation of why it is in fact NOT flat and is round is the fact that you can DIG! Yes, you can DIG! therefore the earth has to be a none flat shape. Now, since you can travel around the world it is very clear that it cant be a rectangular shape or a square correct? I mean IF there was no gravity wouldnt you fall off into an abyss? This doesnt make sense to me, and it probably doesnt to you. Now, if gravity existed then you could have a rectangular shaped world, however when you reach a corner you would step to a new flat surface, that doesnt seem right does it? Therefore the earth is round. On top of this fact, it has been proven that you can walk in any direction and return to the direction you came from by circling the earth because it is a sphere. If the earth were potentially to be flat, then there must be some way to teleport to your previous location correct? I mean, otherwise how do people circle the world on boats or planes? How do other countries supplies get to our country? such as china or europe. The earth clearly isn't flat. And the other proof of the earth being round is Magnets. However, i will not go into detail unless you ask about that, that is far more complex and i believe ive covered the fundamentals.

3. One of the people in this thread stated that "God created the world perfect". This doesnt make sense to me, because if god made the world perfectly, then why have US as a species changed it so much? Why did WE make the internet, computers, farms, slaughterhouses, governments, war, guns, drugs, or a recent invention, ipods? God clearly did not create these things, we did as a species to better ourselves.

I also dont understand why all Christians seem to raise money for charity's and their churches and such when they believe the world is perfect already because of their God?? For example, christians always raise money for starving children and the homeless, but if you believe the world is perfect why would you do this? That doesnt make sense, dont get me wrong helping starving children, the homeless, the injured and the broken is a beautiful thing. But christians do it hippocritically and that frankly makes me sick to my stomach to think you are that selfish.

My final thought is, if the world is perfect from gods creation, why do we argue right now? That doesnt make sense. Why did God allow Satan to exist? Is THAT perfect? Does God believe Satan is perfect?

and last but not least, when we first existence, we are born as a clean slate, with no thoughts, no morals, no beliefs. If God made us perfectly we would be born with your beliefs. But we arent.

We are born to create our own beliefs, our own decisions, our own life, to lead our own existence. Without that, there is no difference between supposed people in general.

The world was created perfect, but after the Fall, when Eve ate the forbidden fruit, death and other imperfections entered creation because God cursed Adam and Eve and the earth.

True, Adam and Eve were created in the image of God. But does that mean everyone is the same in God's eyes? No. His image has been tarnished by sin, and only True Christians™ have had that image restored in them (2 Cor 3:18). This is what the Bible says about unbelievers in one place:

Phil 3:18-19
(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

And this is what it says about Christians in another place:

A good person (not you) would never go around and randomly accuse people. A good person (not you) would first ask questions and then draw a conclusion based on the answers. There are no proven accounts of anyone travelling around the world. These claims were fabricated by scientists and the odd crazy person. More people have reported UFO sightings than people have reported travelling around the Earth and arriving at the same spot (without turning). Go figure.

There's a lot of evidence to suggest that scientists have planes fly in very large circles so it looks to the passengers like they're going in a straight line, only the path is actually deviated very slightly so no one will notice.

The bible clearly states that the world has 4 corners, this proves that the Earth is not spherical. Go ahead and look up the definition of globe. A globe cannot have corners by definition or it wouldn't be a globe.

EVIDENCE FOR EVOLUTION

Morphology: Different organisms have different structures that are served for the same purpose. Why wouldn't all organisms use the same structure?

Hippopotamus? They have DNA that are common to whales and dolphins. How do we know? both animals can hold their breath for a long time when swimming under water. Whales have legs, whcih they don't use, but it's hidden within their skin.

Fossils of dinosaurs and other humanoid speicies? Lucy? Of course, it's evident that dinosaurs existed. Now, why did no human mension these?

You have first hand information... Yes from a book. You don't actually have the evidence to support his existence. As i live a life of science, I have experienced fossils, DNA comparisons. All the evidence is there if you look, other than just reading a book, which anyone could of wrote.
