Sorry but I must let you know that I was not really satisfied with any of your responses on your last response. You did not seem to actually answer any of my questions. I will stop annoying you with queries and look for somebody else to discuss the matter with.

P.S - A bomb falls, a rocket fires... I was talking about a bomb.. I was using it as an object that detaches from a plane, not trying to talk up weapons of war. Replace "Bomb" with giant piece of candy attached to a plane if you want... I don't care.

What I am mainly seeking to know is this:

If you cannot find any answers to my questions, then please at least somebody answer me this... Where is the Edge of the Earth? Is it over near America? Australia? How do i get there? And why do we not have constant news reports of people falling into the horrible depths of oblivion on a daily basis?

I think I answered you questions. Unfortunately you have been raising extra points in each example/question and it is becoming to long to answer on the forum pages.

You should be able to find pictures of the earth posted in previous posts. I know it is a long thread and sometimes finding things do take time.

Go to the center of the Earth. The edge will be equidistant from your location. Or, you can walk in a perfectly straight line to the edge. Be forewarned, that God does not allow anyone to fall off the firmament unless He deems them to go to Hell. So as you approach the edge, God will invisibly use His hand to steer you away.

One thing that bothers me with Experiment 1 - when I'm on a plane, why don't I slam into the back if I jump up? The plane is going hundreds of miles per hour (so I'm told), so jumping should have the same results as jumping on a spinning Earth!

I would like to see you jump on a plane, you wouldn't have a chance to slam into the back because you would end up slamming into the ground with an air marshals boot in your back.

I love the mis-direction on the responses

If you jump, in a plane, you stay still (No wind). if you jump on the back of a flatbed truck, the WIND catches you, you might go back.

Experiment 1 is totally destroyed. If the Earth where flat (and not spinning) this would not at all prove it. Sorry everyone.

The other two experiments have a million holes as well.

As I have said previously, you do stay in the same place when you jump out of a plane. I have done it! You are the one that says you move backwards.

I have tried discussing jumping out of a plane to you before Lisa, You do not seem to be understanding the physics involved there. (ie if what you said happened, you would be crushed)... So i've moved the experiment into the plane (or truck or car or any other enclosed moving space where air does not affect!)

Please answer me this and this alone. If you jump inside a plane (stand in the isle and jump), do you stop on the horizontal axis (ie moving forward) and thus smash into the rear wall of the interior of the plane at the speed the plane is moving (ie you've stopped, plane is still going, so thus you smash into the rear wall?)

According to you, you do... And I can tell you right now... You do not... its proven... in many many many different cases... You can try this yourself... Stopping all foward mometum and simply dropping would crush you instantly. It cannot happen and using ever so simple tests on said aeroplane, you can try it for yourself.

So you admit going 55 mph in a truck, there will be winds right?

What if that truck was going 120 mph? Would the wind be stronger?

Well then, if the Earth is spinning at 800 mph, we'd all be blown over by colossal winds. When you look outside everything looks perfectly still right? That's because it is.

No that wouldn't happen of course. Lets say the earth has been spinning for a very long time. The relative wind speed now moves with it, given the friction of air on the ground.
