Many atheists laugh at the idea of a talking snake in Eden. They, being mean spirited, also point out that the snake had legs because God took them away:
Ge:3:14: And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
But now Scientists have proven God’s Word to be correct, there was a talking snake and it did have legs!!! And there are no atheists that dare argue with their scientist gods; atheists should now repent and accept Jesus:
This remarkable discovery is obviously the actual snake to which/whom God spoke and it died of shame before its legs actually vanished.
If we have a snake with legs, why would it need them? Well, this is where a little bit of thought comes in:
The snake spoke to Eve, right? So would it have been able to speak to her if it were on all fours? Well, possibly but not clearly.
Now let's consider what the scientist said, "It is unlikely the animal would have used the legs for moving" so I reckon that it propped itself up on those rear legs and addressed her almost face to face, probably hypnotizing her.

One rear leg is clearly visible but researchers had to use a novel X-ray technique to examine another leg hidden inside the fossil rock.
The scientists' high-resolution 3D images suggest the legs in this particular species, Eupodophis descouensi, grew more slowly, or for a shorter period of time.
It is a conclusion made possible only after seeing all the bones obscured inside the limestone, and determining that although the creature possessed ankle bones, it actually had neither foot nor toe bones.

Eupodophis descouensi was just under a metre long. It would have slithered along the ground during the Late Cretaceous, [Edit: Before The Flood] when dinosaurs still roamed the Earth. [Edit: proof that man and dinosaurs were together on Earth.]
