I can drive from Charlotte to Atlanta to San Diego to Seattle to New York to Charlotte. I have made a circle. Does that prove that the United States is a sphere?

kind of like the one that said the sun goes under the earth at night, which to rebuttle, if this was infact the case, howcome it is dark in China when it is daylight over here and vise versa?

That's already been answered in this thread several times. If I shine a flashlight against one part of my ceiling, howcome the other parts of my ceiling are still dark?

but on that topic, as stated in the bible, the four corners of the earth, this refers to north, south, east, and west, if the earth was flat, it would be completely impossible to be able to travel from North America to Asia using both the Atlantic and Pacific Seas, or fly a plane along both of those paths.

It sounds like you are in desparate need a geography lesson. When you cross the Atlantic from North America, you end up in Europe, not Asia.

Why listen to what silly scientists think about the world when you could just open up the KJV1611 and get the FACTS right from the creator Himself!

I myself am i christian, not of this landover baptist faith, or any baptist faith, and my morals are based quite a bit on the bible itself however science has done quite a bit to improve the world we are living in, it has gave us many medicines, anesthetics, electronics, and explanations for many things around us. I will not disagree with you completely on open the bible, as you will not put your faith in science, however i do feel that a smooth blending of both is a great outlook to have.

The shape of the earth has been known to be a sphere for quite some time, it is incredibly foolish to abandon that and assume it's flat because of a verse in the bible involving the earth and corners. The thread should be changed to "flat earth? hell no!!!"

You have a theory, we have a theory. All we are saying is let us teach the controversy. Okay? How we acount for those things is Gravitational Lensing. It is well know that light bends due to gravity. That's why we get horizons, time zones and the earth looks curved. If the Round Earth Earth THEORY was try we would expect the earth to be light all the time as the light bends arround the curved earth.
