Actually the molecules can and have been seen, allows their structure to be defined (as you will see in any textbook). Also, go to any lab and you would be able to see reactions that creat water from other molecules and substances. Also, I recieved this warning:

This whole thread is about using science to prove atheists wrong, I'm sorry but that seems hypocritical to me :/ I came here to discuss facts, not to try and disprove God or anything such as that. I would also like to state that I have seen a bible quote from another member saying hypocrits will be condemmed, so explain to me exactly what I have done wrong?

The creation of water is something only the Lord has knowledge of and it is His creation. I cannot fathom why you would dare question the Lord and his creations. These so called textbooks are filled with rudimentary theories and experiments that cannot be duplicated and lack evidence. If it is true that these chemical reactions create water then I should be able to create water sitting here at my desk. Yet I cannot because it is not possible. You cannot create water, only the Lord has this knowledge and you shall not dare question Him.

The True Christian followers of our Lord are part with our Savior and he would never have us washing our feet in recycled toilet water like you people are suggesting. Thats just silly

These experiments have been duplicated, just because you say they haven't does not mean it is true and yes you could create water sitting at your desk if you have the correct knowledge, tools and materials. I am not questioning God, I am stating facts, I am not trying to argue against God but you sir are simply closing your eyes and ignoring all fact. Also the one who sent me the warning calls himself a Creation Scientist, again going against what the warning was about.

water is created by combusting hydrogen in oxygen, the heat energy given out with the fire are the molecular bonds of the oxygen (O2) and hydrogen 2x(H2) to create a new molecular bond 2(H20). 02+2(H2) -combustion-> 2(H2O) and thus water

Yes and lava is created from the molecular bonds of bananas and apples, C'mon do you really expect me to fall for that science experiment crap? There is no mention of molecular bonds in the bible, no mention of combustion or any of these scientific terms.

The bible is the law of the land and you're just going to have to accept that. You know, there is a reason they stopped science fairs after 5th grade because the schools realized they needed to stop with all the fairytale explanations of how phenomena work in our world and live by the Bible.

God uses coal to make fire, idiot. Water is used to put it out. I have yet to see water burst into flames!

Also, God makes coal and water as He sees fit. If He wants us to have more water, He makes it rain and flood. If He wants us to have more coal, he lets us 'find it' in West Virginia.

molecular bonds hadnt been discovered 2000 odd years ago, they have been discovered... also proving evolution as humans have evolved and invented technologies, such as the internet. which was not in the bible, yet some how exists. and combustion? are you seriously telling me you do not believe in fire?

Saying that things that aren't in the bible are just fairy tales, what do you think of the theory of gravity? Hopefully, you'll be right some day and just float off.

All these proponents of Atheism Science who keep saying that water gets recycled (don't get me started on the false worship of Gaia by environmentalists) are forgetting entirely about entropy. You can't keep using water forever! It breaks down; it wears out; it equilibrates. You can watch it break down. Just pour yourself a glass of water and let it stand. Over time it breaks down and you can't drink it. You need new water, and God isn't creating anymore. The earth *has* to be young.

as for this, i respect your query, and not instantly dismissing it, but the water is in a gaseous state (steam) and makes up part of the smoke which is seen with fire. the way water puts fire out is by absorbing the heat, which means there is not enough energy to carry on burning.

I don't know if this has been said before, but if you want to disprove Atheists with science, you have to make sure it is at least scientifically correct.

After water has been consumed by a human, it does not stay in his or her body forever. It eventually leaves the body by urination and sweating. Urine and sweat are nothing more than water with ions and waste molecules dissolved in it. Eventually, the water could end up anywhere. Water that is consumed doesn't disappear at all.

So, I hope I have at least proven that you can't prove Atheists wrong with science. If you really want to prove them wrong, use the only thing in the world that has the truth (at least in the eyes of what you call true Christians): the Bible.

Also, I'm curious, when you get really ill, what do you do? Go see a doctor or pray until you get better? I hope you know that medicine is based upon science.

the water doesn't break down, it evaporates and turns into clouds... try putting a glass of water, with another glass upside down on it... the water from the bottom glass will evaporate, rise into the air, and settle on the top glass, and run back down into the bottom glass... thus the water cycle in miniture
