The Puranas -- date from the time of the Gupta Empire, approximately from 320 to 550 AD
KJV Bible -- date from 1611

So, don't be so narrow minded... God it's in everyone of us, one way or another... So be kind to everyone.

These superstitious tribes people with their local ancestral disasters they've interpreted as a flood of the whole world are a pale shadow of the flood experienced by Noah who had access to God's science and true understanding.

As an ex scientist I can blow the lid (so to speak) on exactly where they (the scientists) went wrong (apart from hating God, that is): they try to prove that the Noachian flood did not happen. They start with an a priori assumption and attempt to prove a negative.

It is only their (the scientists) blind, unreasoning hatred for our Merciful (and Vengful) Lord that allows them to break their (the scientist) sacred scientific method.

We all know how Jesus feels about hypocrites.

Matthew 6:16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

I can only imagine how embarrassing it must be to look over your last fifteen posts and see how rife they are with ignorance and stupidity. Unfortunately, we need to keep them up so that the astonished reactions of others can be understood in their proper context.

I'm talking about rational thought that clearly leads to the existence of God and of the flood.

Just look at the Grand Canyon. This is clearly the work of sudden erosion caused by the run off of the flood waters.

or shellfish remains found at the top of mountains?

The rock strata shows larger animals such as dinosaurs down the bottom and animals such as rabbits near the top. This is exactly what you would expect. The larger animals could not escape the flood water so died first. The layers of flood sediment swept over the dinosaurs and the smaller animals died later.

Amen. The hallmark of TRUE Reason(tm) is the ability to embrace Biblically sound doctrines and reject anything that contradicts them. The Bible provides plenty of rationale for this.

and what makes the bible any different than the other texts? they all talk about the same event. only your KJV of the Bible just copied from ancient texts and renamed a few thing here and there... grow up

nobody is arguing here the existance of the flood.

to understand better, please tell me why are there among the land dinosaurs water dinosaurs as well? why weren't the dinosaurs saved as well? what happend to the birds in the flood?
