Certainly. I checked the Rover site, there is no listing of a dealer or service facility on mars. Now for the obvious factual side. mars is too small to drive on, it exists as a speck, probably no bigger than the head of a pin. At most, you'd get a flat tire from it.
Now, how can you prove a rover is there? Have you a picture of yourself standing beside it, with a newspaper from today in one hand and a 'mars rock' in the other?

Look in the correct location at night. Of course, it would depend on where you live. Get binoculars to see it more clearly.

Agh. The states are very want to be in the lead in space exploration. This is why so much faith is put into a single company's truthfulness.
I think I've even heard that NASA says of "microbial life" on mars. It is so frustrating to be labeled as crazy just for not trusting every blasphemous word NASA says.
