          No the American Tax Payer should not have to fit the bill because someone is unhappy with their sexual gender. If they want the snipped/stretched they gotta pay for it.

          PS: For me it is really a rudeness thing, expecting others to pay for your wants/needs. I was raised to provide for myself when it comes to insurance an other of life's necessities. Health Insurance is expensive but not having it is worse and expecting others to pay for yours is just ignorant.
