Atheists reject the fact that Jesus can be clearly seen, keenly sensed, and proven to be philosophically and scientifically necessary in our world and in our lives, and in turn can do no thing that isn't self-serving, destructive to society, and generally supports the Homosexual Agenda. Asking if we can "just get along" is like asking if the Jew and the Nazi can "just get along" despite fundamental differences in beliefs, cultures, and authority and power in society.

I haven't seen Jesus once in my life. A god isn't necessary in our lives. We can do WITHOUT believing in a god. It's not rejection if you don't believe it exists. How can you have no respect for the God-Man who was forced to watch your parents' grunting, no doubt unattractive coupling, just to make sure you would arrive nine months later ready to learn about and serve Him?

I can now see the problem. You're judging God instead of letting God judge you. You're defining "good" and "evil" by the terms of This Life. That is why you're deluded. In fact, the Bible tells us that God is aggravating your delusions because you've forsaken Him.

2 Thessalonians 2:11

On Earth - if God and Heaven and the Bible didn't exist - your definitions would be valid. Doing "good" would be something like "an action leading to an increase in the general happiness of people and the biosphere" while "evil" would be a decrease. However, God's good and yours do not necessarily coincide. God's good is something that leads people to Eternal Existence in Heaven and evil leads them to Hell. The goodness of an action is thus not dictated by its effects on people here on earth but simply defined by God (in the Bible). Good is what God tells is good. Evil is what God tells is evil.

Often, the person doing the action defines its goodness and value. Mr. Much, a vile atheist, knows it and cited a verse to you. He does not believe it but at least he is aware of its existence.

Psalms 14:1
(To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.) The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

This means that an atheist cannot do anything good in the eyes of God. In contrast, a True Believer™ can only do good things.

Obviously, this leads to the situation where an act that looks similar can be either totally laudable or pure evil based on the person doing it. If an atheist discovers a new effective drug to cure cancer, it is a horrible act that eventually leads people into the deepest abyss of Hell. The same molecule discovered by a Creation Scientist, a Believer®, would be good an wonderful.

God makes the rules. It is not "fair". But the rules are there to see. God is what He is (Exodus 3:14). He even admits that some of His Creations are bad when examined from the material viewpoint.

Isaiah 45:7
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

But, as I told you, goodness depends on God's rules and the actor, not the consequences on Earth. Life down here is irrelevant and we are not supposed to like it (see also Luke 14:26).

1. God has outsourced judgment to Jesus.
John 5:22
For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

2. We have God's permission to judge but our judgment has to be righteous.
John 7:24
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

3. We are aware that we'll be judged by the same criteria that we use to judge others. This does not worry as as we are righteous (1 John 3:9).

4. Because we are free from sin (1 John 3:9), we are even allowed to judge angels.

Many people educated in government funded, brick and mortar, secular schools suffer from lack of sufficient reading comprehension. Even more suffer from Special Snowflake Syndrome, and the tendency for these two dysfunctions to be comorbid within the same unsaved soul is predictably high. While Taylor Swift carries much of this blame, please allow me to do the work for you, as I have nothing better to do all day than to help those Special Snowflakes who think reading and following directions is beneath them:

Everyone is labeled so until Our Lord Jesus Christ and the DOF determine that they should be labeled otherwise. As for whether it's hurtful, you should be grateful for the lesson in Christian humility:
