So a woman can not be the equal of a man and do the same things?

Equal to a man, now that's funny. Some are adequate at doing the same work as a man, never as good or better. Except for birthing babies, that is clearly a job for females!
Don't get me wrong females have a place( 2 steps behind men) and for the most part they do a great job. Take cooking for an example, they can prepare simple dishes like casseroles and steaks. But they pale in comparison to a truly great Chef like Bobby Flay or Emeril. God simply did not supply them with the same talent He gave men.

Fear not. I have been conducting a special outreach to the women at said institution. Many have turned to their misbegotten profession simply because they were unaware of other options available to them in this great country of ours.

Thanks to Jesus and the Good Book, many have gone on to honorable, if less lucrative, employment in nail salons.

In particular they often excel at foot washing and massaging of such lower extremities, which I have assured them is entirely Biblical.

It is necessary to monitor them from time to time, as the language barrier has occasionally led them to misinterpret "lower extremities"
