Now whether or not you think of comapnion animals as "equal" the subsequent behaviour of this woman revoked any such status and by our own actions we are blasted into servitude, pain and unrequited desire.

There might be two repetitions of the creation account but there can only be one creation. The fact that there are two accounts just goes to provide even more proof that there was a creation, not some made up evilution fairy tale.
