Friend, while it's pleasing to see you starting to display some basic familiarity with GOD's word, it'd be nice if you could get your facts straight. Yes, Abraham was a good and godly man who was willing to stab his own son to death because GOD told him to, but the story of Ishmael and Hagar is nothing to do with sacrifice. Also, they weren't abandoned in the desert: Sarai wanted rid of them, so she mistreated them until Hagar ran away. God, Abraham, and all other right-minded people were 100% A-OK with this, since Hagar was Sarai's property, just as much as you belong to your husband. In both cases, you can be used however your owner sees fit. GLORY!

Elohim is plural of El, a hebrew name of God, which literally means strength.
Elohim means "strong one" yet as El means God and Elohim can mean "Gods".. It still means ONE. (strong one.)
This is because God is a trinity!

It is the same with the word Adonai, which is the hebrew equal of LORD but it also means "Lords".
It is because God is a trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirt, yet He is one.
