Tattoo toys for children are totally inappropriate. Even those fake tattoos that you lick and press are terrible because the promote tattoos as a positive way to adorn your body when in reality they are an abomination unto God:

Can you show us Scripture where it says we shouldn't be judgmental and unkind to unsaved scum like yourself?

And those two previous quotes refer to brothers/neighbors, in other words, people that are Saved. We as True Christians(tm) are commanded to be separate from hellbound heathens like you, therefore none of you could even be remotely considered brothers or neighbors.

Surely someone's moral values are more important than weather or not they have tattoos.
how do you know they are not religious, regret having the tattoos done and have found god since?

You conveniently ignored the last half of that commandment, as so many false Christians do.

If God has condemned tattoos (which has already been established), and we are commanded to judge righteously, then how is it unrighteous to rebuke those with tattoos?

God is not some limp-wristed hippie. When He condemns a certain behavior, He means it! And He means for us (Saved(c) Christians) to judge and rebuke with all our might!

1 Corinthians 2:15
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

1 Tim 5:20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.
