No good comes of philosophy. Paul tells us quite explicitly to avoid such vain and profane babblings.

Colossians 2:8
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Further, what sort of absurd and ridiculous little man spends enough time in secular universities to get PhD? There are plenty of good Bible Colleges out there where on could earn their ThD, like one of my colleagues did. Or one could earn real-world witnessing experience on any number of mission trips, giving the poor and destitute of the world what they need the most - the Word of God.

For a True Christian™, literacy itself is entirely optional, given the preponderance of audio versions of the King James Bible. If I hadn't been raised by an unsaved harlot who forced secular book-learning upon me, I certainly would not have wasted time learning how to read. That time could have been used much more constructively, in prayer and Bible memorization. Our LORD didn't learn letters; why should we or our children?

I despair of his foolish influence over young people. I once caught my 5th grandson reading one of Law's books. That boy has never read another book. He sleeps mostly.

Philosophy, huh? Did you ask anyone with knowledge about the Bible before you wrote this? In your imaginary conversation between God and Jarvis, you use the Old Testament's prohibition on Homosexuality by using the reductio ad absurdum with all of its commandments. The implication being that you don't have to do all those silly billy things that dusty Old part of the Bible tells you.

You completely miss all the scriptures from the New Testament that deal with homosexuality as well.

Okay, the next part of this is easier still to get past for your average Christian who has actually read the Bible. Jesus overturned the dietary laws here.

Mark 7:18-19
18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;
19 Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?

When it comes down to it there's just nothing there to offer us, compared to the ancient and timeless wisdom we have to draw upon.

No doubt he came here just because Satan tickled his ears, alerting him to the fact that people are talking about him elsewhere. The sad thing is, this silly professor has the timeless wisdom available to him as well. In fact, he cannot deny it, for the Truth© of God is written on his very heart (Romans 1:18-21).

Until his heart is regenerated, and his basic outlook changed, he will continue to resist the knowledge of God. With his defective worldview and spiritual attitude to [mis]guide him, this unbeliever will be forever lost in a haze of misinformation and self-adoration.

The LORD is not far from any of us, even pagan philosophers cannot escape knowing Him (cf. Acts 17:27-28). What unbelievers like this philosophical "Professor Lockhart" does is suppress, or "hold" the truth in unrighteousness (Romans 1:18). He has deceived himself and is now doing whatever he can to keep that truth from his sight, and to keep from dealing honestly with his Maker and Judge, including choosing a career that allows him to focus on this obsession of vanity.

I am disturbed by the thought that I might be the anti-Christ. It would explain a great deal.

Is there any way I can tell for sure whether I am the anti-Christ? If I am, is salvation an option?

Hello Stephen Law. When you say you might be the anti-Christ you are saying it wrong. In the Bible it says an antichrist so you would not be the only one. If you have read the Bible you may remember 1 John 2:18 it goes like this:

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

There is another verse in the Bible that explains that an antichrist is a person who does not believe that Jesus came to earth in bodily form but I do not have it marked with a Post-It note. It is in the New Testament. That is the part about Jesus and the end of the world.

Next time you feel faint you should drink a Coca Cola.

Hello Stephen Law. When you say you might be the anti-Christ you are saying it wrong. In the Bible it says an antichrist so you would not be the only one. If you have read the Bible you may remember 1 John 2:18 it goes like this:
