To cut a long story short, I cannot bear to be under the same roof as her anymore. We have been happily divorced; she's a lying, money-stealing, two-faced, vile person. I don't want her to be mother of my future kids MOREOVER we're talking of someone perfectly capable of poisoning my food or killing me in my sleep. trust me, you wouldn't want to touch that witch; she'll do anything for me to take her back. I value my life, my money and have absolutely no regrets putting the past behind me.

Not to be unpleasant, but GOD doesn't care about your bears or your lions, HE most justly despises your happiness, doesn't care about the character flaws that you should have noticed earlier, and HE doesn't particularly concern HIMSELF with the circumstances of your possible death.

On the other hand, her sexual immorality is indeed the only valid reason.

Now, what in heaven's name has made you refer that she would do anything to get back with you, and suggest that there might from my part be anything more than TC brotherly love?

Yes, I ignored her character flaws before marriage and it's fair to point out that I've been negligent in my role of a husband. Fair enough but that's not the only way to read this situation. Legally speaking we're divorced but even if I took her back, would that terrible nature change, impossible, I should know better. This she wolf's only into it because of her possessive, maniacal, alcohol-fueled violent nature. I was the sober one in the relationship. I took her to a shrink, but she isn't insane but manipulative and only does what she does coz she has the mental makeover of a she-wolf and strayed me quite far from the path of God and righteousness. It's a haunting spectacle, this is not the sort of woman with minor flaws such as finickiness and standard nagging behavior. She's deeply manipulative and brought me financial ruin because she was running my life like a shadow. You had to be there to make a fair assessment of the situation.

Anyway, it's a very personal situation and I encourage any further discussion on this topic over PMs only. Let's stick to the thread.

I'm glad the text under Didy's name "Arrogant Atheist Dick" finally registered. I believe he comes on the board to spite us but - credit where it's due - he does know one or two verses of scripture even if he doesn't live by it.

I'm glad the text under Didy's name "Arrogant Atheist Dick" finally registered. I believe he comes on the board to spite us but - credit where it's due - he does know one or two verses of scripture even if he doesn't live by it.

Brother Didy, for all of his atheistic bluster, clearly yearns to be reconciled with the Lord, even if he doesn't realize it himself. That is why we tolerate his illogical meanderings in our forums. I just hope he comes around before the Rapture happens.

Indeed, I suppose it can be frustrating to encounter someone who knows the Holy Book so well, but doesn't accept its authority.

But what really toasts my muffins are the so-called Christians who come here to tell us that we don't know what Jesus and God's Plan are all about but they don't back up their declarations with adequate scripture. They start off telling us that we are hateful because we are telling others what the Bible says, and that they are all about God's love. Then, when we demonstrate greater knowledge of the Bible than they do, they tell us to go to Hell.


Honestly, I don't know whether to pray for those deluded souls, or laugh.
