I don't know why it is, but those crazy false religions sure are filled with hatred and bigotry.

Just yesterday Muslims in Kashmir rioted to protest the donation of land for a Hindu shrine. And several years ago Hindus in Gujarat rioted and murdered a bunch of Muslims.

Why are these darned silly "religions" so filled with hate for each other?

Why, we Christians know those people are all worthless failures -- if you're not a Born-Again Christian you're a failure as a human being, as Jerry Falwell said. We know that they are damned and nothing done to them on Earth can equal the torment they will get when they go to Hell -- that's Jesus' promise to them.

So what's the big deal with the hatred? Non-Christians are failures, broken pots, doomed to separation from God, and -- to put it simply -- nothing but accursed filth in human form. I just don't know why other "religions" aren't as universally and loving as Christianity.

Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will prepare thee unto blood, and blood shall pursue thee: sith thou hast not hated blood, even blood shall pursue thee. Ezekiel 35:6

Brother Eliot has it right. I think it boils down to a lack of charity and gratitude, concepts that seem alien to other “religions.” Consider the work we are doing in Afghanistan and Iraq. When the warring factions are not at one another’s throats they are at ours.

One moment’s Godly reflection is all that is required for them to see that we are giving them, by example and deed, the wherewithal to live quiet, prosperous and peaceful lives of mutual cooperation as One Nation Under God.

However, so sadly lacking are they in the aforementioned graces, that they will continue their murderous ways until there is a small enough number of the population left, who can be brought to see the Truth, The Way and the Light.


I naturally regret that this will entail the decimation of the populations, man, woman and child, but I cannot think of any sane person who would say that it was not a price worth paying.

You know, these ingrate towelheads remind me more and more of the ungrateful injun savages that True Christians™ deigned to bring the Blessings of Christ to, lo these many years ago. Both tribes are animalistic, smelly and resistant to God's Love, and both are aggressive in the face of an offer of Salvation©.

Personally, my feeling is that we should follow Matthew 10:14 and Luke 9:5, and just give up on the heathen scum altogether.

Violence unfortunately touches on many religions, and Christians too will fight and murder other people of the same and of different faiths, as has been seen in Ireland, World War 2 (same religions) Crusades, Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan (other religions).

So my friend it is not just Muslims and Hindus who resort to violence

Violence represents a failure of dialogue and a failure of peace.

Bible says 'Blessed are the peacemakers' Gospel of Matthew, 5:9.

Holy Quran says 'Lo! God enjoineth justice and kindness, and giving to kinsfolk, and forbiddeth lewdness and abomination and wickedness. He exhorteth you in order that ye may take heed' Al Nahl, 16:90.

Oh yes................. our troops are planting roadside bombs and hiding explosives under their clothing. I must have forgotten.
Our troops are out there bringing peace and harmony to an ungrateful population. OK, a few folks get hurt along the way but It's for the greater good.

You and I know we don't blatently kill for kicks, we defend our freedoms and with all the dangers in these countries we have to do what we have to do to defend our freedoms. The American troops will never bring peace in that region simply because they are the strangers there. They don't know the language, habits or psychological state of the people who live there. Let's put it the other way around, if the Iraqi's would invade your country, would you be happy about it?? Would you accept their presence in your own territory?? I don't think so, I for a fact won't accept that. I can imagine that the majority of the troops there behave themselves but there are always those who don't and thus creating hate amongst the population. Mix that with groups that are ethnically different and there you have it. As long as foreign troops like the Americans are in that country there will be never peace.
