Do not confuse "judge" and "judgment" and "judgmental" Homer.

And speaking of duty: the Bible specifically tells us to judge:

"But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man." (1 Corinthians 2:15)

But make sure you judge NOT on appearances, but judge righteously:

"Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." (John 7:24)

Example 1: I say to you, "You look like a salad-tossing fag in those capri pants."

See, THAT is being judgmental, and basing it on looks. Not cool.
