Hi, I just wanted to say that some of the comments do not seem very christ like. Yes, I quite playing the sims because of the gender changing and clothes swapping, voice swapping, and stuff. I did enjoy it being like a doll house type game, but there was more and more things I was uncomfortable with and I stopped playing a few months ago. I just think God would want us to teach others through his love not being rude and stomping on each other. What do you think the world thinks when they read this? It comes across more as a joke, or something. Think about it. I'm just trying to give my vantage point. If Yeshua/Jesus was here reading this do you think he'd be pleased? And talkign about jews in that way? When he was on this earth he was a jew and the word says in John 4:22 that: "Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews."I think the Lord would want us to speak carefully and wisely.

While I do agree with some things that were written here, for example that homosexuality is a sin Jesus/Yeshua is the only one who can save from sin, but I think it matters in the way we speak about it, not making it sound like a joke, a laugh, or something, but his truth. We should set an example for other christians around us and show Yeshua's/Jesus' love to others, but not compromise either. Sometimes love is being firm, but truthful. Dear Fluffy,

Jesus may have had kindly thoughts about the Jews at one time, but don't you think He had a change of heart when the Jews handed Him over to the Romans to nail to a cross and kill Him?

Also, regarding the homosexuals: God says we are supposed to kill them (Leviticus 20:13), but I can't tell you how long it's been since we had a good lynching. But don't you see? You trumpet the use of so call 'mods' (to the uninitiated this is slang to alter the 'mode' of the game from 'safe' mode to 'devient' mode) but this is the very reason that these arcade games are so pernicious.

I've seen images where the characters on screen get their spines ripped out by ghoulish monsters with blades for hands!

Defending this is like defending so called 'snuff' videos. People are shown to be killed on screen and this actually get the player 'points'. Anyone with and PhD in Psychology would know that points make prizes and this reward seeking behaviour is over represented in naive clean limbed youngsters on the cusp of adulthood with only the downiest wisps of downy fluff in their soft cheeks, and girls.

I was so revolted when I saw your post. Unable to believe a manufacturer would accommodate such abominations, certain to be abominable because they're declared so by God, I did a quick search and found equally narcissistic themes by the truckload which I'm not going to post. So often were the marihuana and weed shop and bong and get wasted and play SIMS high coming up I exited the search engine: won't be looking up SIMS 2 or SIMS 4 again, I can tell you. The connection between these two themes is blatant and I will certainly never be going into a weed shop, if such things actually exist.

Another detail equally repellent was the "clothes" these overinflated stick figures were dressed in (if that's the right word) as if someone had gone to one of those alternative boutiques and mimicked the very worst garments for use in the "game" – if that's what it's supposed to be. There are probably places where walking around like that is acceptable or even expected but are they places any Christian would go voluntarily?

This is nothing more than brainwashing.
