The victim of rape is the girl who was raped! A lot of the time the woman is probably just really pretty and she didn't have any protection, like maise and/or a taser. It's how sick men get their sick kicks.

According to the doctrine of Original Sin (Romans 5:12-21), every single child is created already sinful, and since life begins at conception, that can only mean that aborted babies die in their sin because they haven't accepted Jesus as their savior. So, even if your son had been aborted, he would suffer in Hell anyway. Just because the doctors who kill the baby is committing a sin does not make the baby sinless. It still has to pay for those sins.
The baby hasn't sinned yet. God is loving, he wouldn't send a little aborted baby to hell. He would take him to paradise and teach him He (God) is. Why would an innocent aborted baby who hasn't yet had the chance to live on the Earth and sin, be sent to hell by God. The very thought is utterly sick.

No, the real victim is the man. The woman lured him into spilling his seed and then is required to pay her fifty sheckels and on top of that, has to offer to marry her. Talk about getting screwed over!

Babies are born sinners. It is not until they are od enough to understand what God wants them to do, that they can repent and recieve Gds forgiveness. Until then, they are doomed to Hell. This starts the moment of conception.

Never read the Bible, did you?

Everyone sins, right? Everyone is a sinner. Moses, Elijah, John the baptist, they just didn't give in to sin. You guys are deserve hell, everyone does, since everyone is a sinner, but God loves us and lets some people in heaven. Same with babies. Though they were sinners, what wrong could they do in the womb? Why can't God teach the babies, instead of sending them to hell for eternity, that is the worst possible thing that could happen to anyone, but our loving God would do it to a baby?! That doesn't seem like a loving God, seems more like on that loves to throw people in hell as much as possible, instead of just the people that really need it, and that is not our God, God is not unreasonable. Sometimes, I don't get you people.

You people do not make sense sometimes!!!! What if the man was a sex addict, and he saw some pretty, unprotected woman (With all her clothes on, and let's say she is a virgin and she really doesn't want to be raped, and she is a godly young woman who follows the KJV Bible and loves God, and keeps his commandments) walking back to her house, and the sick sex addict rapes her. It was against the woman's will, and there are a lot of male sex addicts out there who would do that. Who is the victim then?

Until you repent, you are a sinner. You do not have to do anything. But until you give yourself to Jesus, you are a sinner. A baby cannot give itself to God.
                  It starts here:
Psalm 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
                  Then:
Proverbs 20:9 Who can say, I have made my heart clean, I am pure from my sin?
Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Now. If this bothers you, I suggest you speak to God and ask Him to change it.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

This has been adddressed Ad nauseam in this thread already.

First, a Christian girl would never put herself in a place where rapists lurk.
Second, a Christian girl does not dress like a harlot, she dresses modestly which will not attack the rapist.
Third, a Christian girl does not go anyplace unchapareoned.

I have never heard of a True Christian™ girl ever being raped. Those that are, once you look into it, are always asking for it, begging really. Going out at night.
                      Dancing unchaperoned in clubs
Wearing the clothes of a whore
                      Drinking alcohol
Talking to boys without her fathers permission

You think this girl is not looking to get raped and have demons put inside her?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

If you agree that God is omnipotent and omniscient (as clearly stated in all versions of the Bible), then you agree that nothing happens that God does not want to happen. Therefore, if the woman in the above scenario was raped, it has nothing to do with the people involved. It happened because God allowed it to happen. If God allowed it to happen, then how do you justify any further punishment for the man, aside from that prescribed in the Bible?

If you disagree with the above conclusion, the god you worship is not the God of the Bible, and you are not a Christian.

Imagine how hard it is for her to handle this. I'm not sure about you, but if I was asked to marry the man who took advantage of me and sexually abused me, it would have been tough to say yes. That verse in Deuteronomy was back when God's laws were first being established for that specific community, so it doesn't necessarily apply to our society today. That's how I interpret it though. I don't see this law working well in our world today, because rapists are usually crazy twisted men who are not even closely right in the head. Having the woman being subjected to such danger is far from a good idea. Back in Biblical times that law was necessary, but now, not so much.

Also, in that verse it calls for the rapist paying the father fifty shekels of silver, and he also must never divorce her. This is where the law makes sense, because the rapist is learning his lesson and dedicating his life to the Lord and giving the woman respect. It worked perfectly in Biblical times. But now that our world is so different, it would be hard to get things to be that easy.

I see. Since you are the authority on what God want and doesn't, what other rules should we throw out since they are old and not what God wants anymore?

Maybe we should toss these out while we're at it.

                                13Thou shalt not kill.
                                14Thou shalt not commit adultery.
                                15Thou shalt not steal.
16Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
17Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

How about the rule against bestiality? It's old and I would guess God no longer wants it either.

Leviticus 18:23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.

Heck, let's all pick and choose what rules we feel like following!

Oh wait. Let's not do that at all. The Bible says we shouldn't.

Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
