Brother Eliot, I think this toy could indeed serve a purpose. When her mother dismisses her from her daily real-life household chores, she could go straight into her Rose Petal Cottage to perform her duties there. In this way she'll learn that "a woman's work is never done," and when she marries she won't be prone to whining and yappity-yapping about how difficult it is to keep up with her homemaking.

Funny should mention this Sister. I was part of the security detail when the Landover Christians Parents for Families meet with the Hasbro people. The LCPF members urged Hasbro to included the oven because young girls need to learn how to play with their hot little pies. The Hasbro representatives began blushing and giggling when they heard this like they heard something funny and the meeting just when wrong after that. I was disturbed that nowhere is there a mention of the place of men in the home. This is just encouraging single motherhood and welfare in our culture. It's teaching little girls that they run the house rather than men. This is the very thing that gave rise to the OctoMom giving birth to 8 kids out of wedlock. Godly Ann Coulter has warned us about this in her latest book.
In a related matter, this OctoMom seems to be perpetuating this "big lip" phenomenon started by that slut Angelina Jolie.

I like that Rose Petal Cottage, but I wonder if it might teach young girls that they are entitled to an electric washing machine. I guess it's up to the parents, but I think a laundry sink and woodstove might be better.Jesus - gentle, dependable overnight relief.Comment
