Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

        I'll grant you that Judas' kiss was not such a loving thing to do. Although it could be argued that if he hadn't, then Jesus wouldn't have been crucified, and there would be no Christianity. So in a way, you owe Judas a debt of gratitude.

        But you will never convince me that a fist to the face is an expression of love.

                      You still don't understand a simple concept such as "God controls everything" do you?
                      Jesus had promised to raise the temple and rebuild it in three days. (that is, His body)
                      He had promised the sign of Jonas: that He would spend three days in the heart of the earth.

                      Jesus doesn't break His promises, and being God, He had foreseen this would happen and caused it to happen Himself.
                      And if He wouldn't have choosen a traitor like Judas to be an apostle, He would have caused this to happen in some other way!

                              Not at all. He is a man who is confident enough in his own manhood that he does not feel threatened by a strong, independent woman, so he does not feel the need to resort to violent dominance behavior.
